Love living in Kenron. Friendly people and great activities. You are a part owner of the land with all tenants therefore making taxes very affordable but still own your home.

Lived there from 2008 to 2017. Met some really awesome people, but did find it difficult to deal with management. I was harassed by a neighbor pretty much the whole time. Too no many incidents to even list and yes law enforcement was very much involved. Happy for the people I met and glad to be relocated

Save your time and your money. I have a firm offer on a home for my son. Lease agreement and LTB give them 72 consecutive hours to decide if they want to buy a trailer before it is sold to the public. They were given a copy of the full offer on the 16th of August, as well as required tenant application and 400.00 fee. They refused application until home inspection completed and paid for. They then received the application a second time on the 19th at 3 pm. They waited until 5pm on the 22nd to notify my agent that they decided to buy the home. Of course they did ...after the 72 hours had passed and a home inspection done. Then 15 days later they apply to LTB to overturn purchase agreement. But because we are not yet tenants we are not party to the hearing, and no way to defend their false statements...such as they processed application and decided against my son as a tenant, that application was incomplete, and most importantly that they followed rules exercising their right of first refusal with 72 hours. It took them 6 days! And then put in application they did not have sufficient time to exercise their right. So now I have to hire a lawyer, am out cost of inspection, their 400 fee and the 10,000 deposit on a firm deal is in limbo. Pitty anyone who already owns a home there. The fact that their company uses predatory practices to buy a home out from lower income individuals and then puts the issues onto an estate executor to gain control of a house to resell at a higher price is despicable. KTA website says they are a nonprofit organization, yet they clearly buy up the houses to control the market and resell at 350,000 these homes when this particular one was sold for 190,000.

Very nice community, friendly people & well maintained.Although I do frown on the management and how it has changed over the years. They can be difficult to work with. You own the home but you do not own the land it sits on. Keep that in mind and pay attention to the fine print in your lease agreement.

Very nice place for a trailer park and very clean area. I think the maintenance fee is a little high for the area. I am looking for a new home in the neighborhood in the next few years. I will keep my eye out on the house for sale in the near future.

Way too expensive for mobile homes. I know the market is high, but they are trailer, not houses. I bought a trailer in 2011 for $80,000, now you cannot get one for under $200,000. That is just wrong. How is anyone suppose to get out of the rental trap??
