Tray was an absolute gem! I have, in the past, had negative experiences with cell phone providers. He treated me wonderfully! He took his time and helped me understand everything and offered to help with anything that I needed. He was kind and proffesional. I would highly recommend him and fido. Since I switched my coverage of Courtenay and comox valley is sooo much better and costs $20 less for the same thing I was getting at the other company. Thanks Tray!!!

I went to upgrade my phone and Benson was so helpful, patient, very knowledgeable and polite. He enlisted me with all my choices and briefed me on all the details and made it so easy to upgrade and finally got an iPhone 12mini. Very pleasent customers service!

I had a wonderful experience at the Driftwood mall location. Max was fast, efficient and super friendly. I never thought I would qualify for a new phone but within an hour I walked out with an awesome new phone with all the accessories. I’ve gone back twice now just because the service is so awesome. The whole team really cares about what you need and are willing to help!I highly recommend this location. Great job team Fido!!
