My Coco got neutered here a week ago and the doctor made a perfect surgery for him. I’m so glad my puppy is recovering well. The receptionist Jimin is very friendly and easy to communicate.

Dr Shahid is kind and patient. My dog is very skittish almost crazy when it comes to nail trims. He handled with care and patience. Much appreciated and thank you from this dog parent.

I am extremely to grateful to Dr Shahid Zaigham and his team! Very professional and knowledgeable! My 7 month old Ragamese kitten was limping and I was terrified to see her in this state! Upon calling the clinic, Ji-min the receptionist was super helpful with the information and quote, excellent communicator, very empathetic and knowledgeable! After the x-rays we discovered that Sugar(my cat) needed a surgery and Dr Zaigham and his team were very supportive and helped me by creating a surgery and recovery plan and schedule.Today 2 months after her orthopaedic surgery and recovery period she is no longer limping, my baby can walk, run and jump!I am extremely grateful and very fortunate to have selected this clinic as my veterinary clinic!Go here for excellent care of your pet! ❤️

I write this google review to inform my dissatisfaction regarding the handling of my dog's medical care.My dog passed away following a series of treatments administered by Dr. Shahid Zaigham. During the month of May, I brought my dog to the clinic four times initially due to my dog's decline in appetite and energy. The purpose of the first visit was to seek advice and appropriate treatment for my dog's condition. During the consultation, the doctor stated that my dog was 13 years old, which equated to around 74 human years.Had the doctor diagnosed my dog with greater diligence and honesty, informing my mother that my dog passing was a big possibility, our family would have been able to mentally and emotionally prepare better. However, the doctor performed bloodwork, administered various antibiotic, pain-relief and anti-inflammatory injections over and over again. He also prescribed medication for my dog without informing us of the negative side effects that my dog later experienced. While the doctor's efforts were appreciated, it would have been beneficial for him to prescribe medication and administer shots after a more thorough assessment of my dog's condition. While it is understandable that the doctor may have not known that my dog would pass, after conducting bloodwork and administering injections over the course of a month, he claimed that injecting more shots would help alleviate my dog's pain.During my dog's fluid therapy treatment, my dog bled from her back and exhibited signs of distress. I still seek clarification on whether excessive bleeding is a normal occurrence during this type of treatment. After the treatment, my dog experienced even more difficulty walking and even standing independently. However, when she was brought in due to this, Dr. Shahid injected once again, an anti-inflammatory shot.My mother called the doctor and he asserted that my dog was 100 years old and that he had done everything to save her. I find it truly interesting that he suddenly changed his words and equated my dog's age of 74 to 100 years in a span of a month.Considering that the doctor has nearly a decade of experience, I anticipated a more thorough examination of my dog's condition and at least speculated about my dog's soon passing. While I realize that writing this google review and expressing my dissatisfaction towards the clinic/doctor does not bring my dog back to life. However, I write this review with the hope for other animal-lovers to treasure your companions and try to provide them with professional medical care.

I write this article with the hope that you will make sure that the review is genuine and take your precious pet with you. Many parts are different from the truth, so I leave a comment. When the puppy was 11 years old, I started going after seeing the reviews of this hospital. We moved to a new hospital because we moved closer to the hospital. There was no particular disease even after blood tests, and I fed the prescribed antibiotics at home. I had been prescribed 2 weeks of antibiotics at this hospital for a cough before and fed them at home. The doctor lied about not giving her medication because the dog bit me. The doctor forcibly sold the food there, and even though there was nothing wrong with the blood test, he forced an X-ray and the puppy, who had been injected, could not walk or sit anymore and got worse when he came home. On Monday morning on the way to another hospital, we found out that our dog had died in the car. Doctors say it's as if he died during treatment in another hospital, but that's not true. We have already paid $1300 for 3 visits in the last 2 weeks

We brought our pet in due to an intestinal blockage. Dr. Zaigham was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough, explained all the potential complications related to the surgery and worked within our budget, offering a more affordable price compared to other vets. The entire process was quick and hassle-free. We're sincerely grateful to Dr. Zaigham for providing exceptional surgery for our beloved pet, Rambo. If you're looking for a place where your furry baby will be treated with expertise and compassion, I highly recommend this vet clinic.

I am very grateful to Dr. Zaigham and the staff at University Veterinary clinic for taking such good care of my cats . They both required urgent attention and Dr. Zaigham was quick to diagnose and treat them. He handled them with care and expertise and kept me informed throughout the process. He also worked with me to find a payment plan that suited my situation. He went above and beyond to make sure my cats recovered well and I could not ask for a better vet. The clinic itself is clean, modern and well-equipped. The staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality veterinary care.

People here are really friendly and professional. Dr. Zaigham and Jimin has shown lots of care, they explained what each vaccine is for very patiently, and answered all the questions I had. This is really helpful for first time pet parents like me. I was worried about finding a good vet for my puppy, and I'm glad that I found here.Thank you!

After trying to convince my former vet to try less invasive tactics , I found this clinic to be super friendly , knowledgable and ready to listen . I did not feel the vet was condescending , he listened carefully , and proposed a great treatment plan going forward . I was very pleased with the cost . I will now take both my cats here as I feel I can really trust this doctor . I would like to add that after a very affordable treatment , my cat has stopped coughing . It was very distressing continually being told to have a very expensive scan done instead of listening to me and trying to treat my cat for asthma . As a result I spent a lot of money with zero results . This clinic is small with easy parking outside. The day after I attended the clinic , I had a phone call to check up on my cat and see how he was doing!!! That’s never happened before in all my years of animal ownership . This doctor listens respectfully and was very informative.Excellent result for my cat. I have now transferred both my cats to this clinic . Finally a vet I can trust who gets results .

I took my cat, Galileo to Dr. Zaigham for the first time. We were seen within a day, prices are very reasonable, staff is so kind! What really stood out was how calm my cat was, he is very timid and didn’t come back to me shaking like usual. It was evident the staff was gentle and genuinely caring. We will definitely be coming back for future health needs.
