Went to get food inside, there was a sign on the door that said 1 customer at a time - fine. Waited in line with another gentleman for 5 mins before an emplyee came out to advise unless we were a trucker we could not come in to purchase food and had to use the drive through. What is the difference?! Not going back, looks like the other gentleman left as well probably thinking the same.

Terrible customer service. It is very clear that today's 4:00 pm staff do nor like their job, nor do they care to be helpful in any way. After being talked down to with a snooty attitude when asking what their new donut was like, and being told it's a donut" asked for more description and being told "I just told you

Alway slow inside counter service is ok but not 100 percent....drive thru is iffy at times....

The customer service is lacking from some of the younger staff. No manners at all, no thank yous, no you're welcomes, the common manners taught as kids.When they hand you the order at the drive thru, some don't even look at you, they just stick their arm out with your order as they continue a conversation or joking around with other coworkers.Maybe some customer service training is required.

They are pretty quick. Kids always love the food and drinks here. Close to Walmart so it's perfect for a drive through coffee after shopping for a boost. Lol they have never disappointed. Would recommend

Rude staff at the drive through. Just told me to drive up, no total mentioned. At the window I thanked the employee, but they were too busy chatting amongst themselves to notice or offer you're welcome. Large coffees ordered, but not properly filled (pictured before sipping). One more thing to add, twice the last 4 times they didn't have any dark roast when I ordered. I'm forgiving, but this is just awful service. Will be skipping this location from now on.

I visited Tim Hortons many times when I'm late and can't have something at home however I don't visit it too often because it became too expensive suddenly and also the fact that I don't like that they don't give their leftover Donuts to a food bank or Anita the environmental facility instead of throwing it in the garbage it's been times I've gone to Tim Hortons at close to 10:00 at night and they tell me they're about to close and they throw everything in the garbage so I mean you that really wealthy to throw things in the garbage with so many people around the world starving anyway that is my opinion

Coffee was okay but their showcase fridge was having a fly roaming on donuts dated Aug 7 @4:07pm. I mentioned this to cashier but she simply ignored.I wish Tim Hortons audit team should pay attention towards people’s genuine reviews.
