I used this company for the first time a couple of weeks ago to replace three windows and was very impressed. The installation crew showed up earlier than expected, they were very efficient and professional. The lead installer Jerry, was committed to finishing the job with a 100% customer satisfaction. He definitely went the extra mile when trimming out my kitchen window and the end result looks amazing. This local company owned and operated by the Kavvadas Family has earned all of my future window and door business and I would strongly recommend them to anyone looking for quality products and service!

Just went on the phone with the receptionist who may be THE OWNER of the company. Overall phone experience was BAD. Rude person who may not have the sense of client experience. If they treat person as she did as potential client or partner - I wont recommande any business with them

The Window Factory installed two exterior doors for me. They dealt with my wonky openings like the pros they are. The end result is sturdy doors that open and close smoothly and look wonderful. They left zero mess. They were personable and worked efficiently but were willing to explain everything. I would recommend them for quality workmanship installed correctly. Thanks Window Factory!

May 16, 2016; On the recommendation of a friend, I have just recently used this company to replace the majority of our windows and both outside doors and I have to say I am VERY pleased with their service. The estimate was very detailed so I could easily see what I was getting and what I was paying for. The estimate was also the final price of the work. No hidden/surprise charges.The work was done when they said it would be done and the quality of the craftsmanship was excellent. I actually asked if they could add an additional window to my order after seeing their work and they managed to fit that into their schedule without have to reschedule another time. I should also note here that we have an older home and things don't always go as easily as in a new home. These folks are experts in their field as they worked around all those glitches" easily

If I could give them 10 stars I would. I had 23 windows and a door installed. They came explained what they would be doing first since they were going to be at the house for 4 days. Very clean, friendly. Cleaned up afterwards. Oh and the windows look amazing!!

Ordered an awning for our back door. The staff was friendly and the finished product was amazing. Jim did an amazing job and everyone was so helpful. Would never go anywhere else. Thank you so much

Estimator or owner, told me this door is American made and parts aren't available; bottom sweep is part of the internal part of the door; door has to be removed to access the screws on the bottom of the door that attaches it; can't be fixed; quoted me $700.00 for a new door. I took the sweep off by removing the one screw left holding it on as the plastic is broken from pushing against snow this past winter. I will take the sweep to Home Hardware for a replacement. Inexperience or Other Explanation ???

These guys exceed my expectations with quality and after sale service every time. As general contractor, for me, they are my go-to window and door solution. Keep up the good work Anna Jim Spiro and Janice, you guys rock!!!
