Happy Orthodontics - Invisalign & Braces

Always very patient and caring with my son. Considering he is special needs and they fit his dental plans to his needs and don’t push him or expect unrealistic goals. Would recommend them to everyone with a child

Dr. Happy did my Invisalign treatment in Nanaimo ( I was not made aware that he wasn’t even located here). My whole process was disappointing. Trying to book appointments was a nightmare as he didn’t even live here. Due to his negligence of my treatment, some of my teeth had shifted too much, causing gum rescission. Which I then had to pay for a gum graph surgery after. My treatment was never completed and I was never even given a retainer and my teeth have now shifted and I will need braces all over again. I have reached out to him and Wellington dental clinic multiple times with no response. Seems to be a crooked practice in my opinion. Disappointed of my treatment would be an understatement.

I have Invisalign and the whole process has been smooth. The evening appointments are flexible. Dr. Happy is friendly and efficient. I recommend this orthodontist to anyone who is interested in finding an orthodontist.

Dr Happy made my entire treatment duration feel super easy. He was great from the start with his explanation of the areas of treatment, treatment options, treatment plan, payments, etc. During every visit he would take his time to make sure all of my concerns were addressed and that I was happy in the progress treatment plan. There had to be some adjustments made during treatment and it took slightly longer than originally planned but he made sure to that I got the results I wanted. All of the other staff at Happy orthodontics also deserve their own praise for their friendly attitudes, great service, and fast response times to questions/inquiries. Since my treatment I have went back and had another pair of retainers made and the quality of the service didn't differ from my initial treatment despite me not being a long term patient at that point. This place is by far the best experience I've had in any dental setting.

We have two of our children currently undergoing orthodontic treatment at Happy Orthodontics and it has been a truly pleasant experience!! Dr. Happy is kind and relatable, my kids enjoy going to their appointments and all the staff have been excellent to work with! Always accommodating and quick to help/respond.

My daughter loves Happy Orthodontics. She had a fear getting braces would hurt in the process, but it did not bug her as much as she thought. Thank you Happy Orthodontics for making this experience for my daughter much more easier.

This place is awesome! I went in for a free consultation and I knew immediately after leaving that my teeth would be in great hands! Such an easy decision! The treatment plan is explained so thoroughly and very transparent. They are also very flexible on financial options! Thank you for making my teeth happy! Great experience! Got Invisalign done with Dr. Happy and I am SO happy with the results! My teeth are so straight, we are ahead of schedule have had a great experience with booking etc!

Happy orthodontics is amazing! We appreciate how great they are with our kids. Two of our teenagers have braces and another one has Invisalign. Our fourth I’m sure will need orthodontics in the future! We appreciate how friendly the staff is and how accommodating scheduling for getting appointments close together.
