Classic Fireplace and BBQ Store

We are so happy with the product and service we received from Classic Fireplace and BBQ’s. We were in the market to purchase a new BBQ and Bruce helped us pick the right Napoleon for us. The BBQ was not in stock at the time, but Bruce was able to give us a rough ETA on when it would be back in stock. (And much to my surprise, his estimate was bang on.) Delivery and setup was booked, and the amazing customer service continued. The delivery team was kind, fast, and knowledgeable. They went the extra step to switch out the components that I had upgraded, and packaged up the components that we would not be using neatly in boxes. They gave a great demonstration on how the BBQ works and what features it has. Would recommend Classic Fireplace and BBQs to anyone on the look out for a BBQ and the delivery and setup fee is well worth the cost.

Had our annual fireplace cleaning & inspection today. Was a pleasure meeting Classic Fireplace & BBQ newest technician Shaun who came by to service our fireplace. A gas fitter by trade Shaun was very friendly and knowledgeable. He cared about the little things and his attention to detail was not only impressive but also reassuring. Look forward to seeing him in the Spring to close things down here with our FP. Thanks again Karen for your professional service!

Best customer service experience I have had in years. Josh was extremely professional and was able to help us decide on the wood stove for our needs. The selection was great, knowledge of the products amazing and he was honest about the pros and cons of products they sell. Returned twice since to purchase a gas fireplace and BBQ.

We were looking for a gas fireplace. We went to many places before deciding to go ahead with Classic. Not only are their prices good. The level of knowledge we received with Edward was amazing. He was great! Could not have had a better experience. He explained the entire process from start to finish perfect. Josh came out to the house, measured and discussed options and layout. If you are unsure, I strongly recommend Edward, Josh and the entire Classic team. It was wonderful and we will be back for a BBQ. Thank you.

I bought a Napoleon gas BBQ from this store and I am happy with my experience. The store associate was very helpful in describing different BBQ models and in answering all of my questions regarding the BBQ itself and the choice of accessories. After my purchase I had the BBQ delivered and installed on my deck. The installation was done in a professional manner and I was given helpful tips on how to use it and take care of it going forward. I recommend going to this store for your BBQ needs, especially if you live in the East.

UPDATE: Spoke to Jay about the service and please he heard me out. He was genuinely concerned what happened and took the time to listen. There was no pressure to change my opinion but did ask to visit again and give them another another opportunity. You don't get that kind of response often. Changing review to 3.-------------------------This place has a great selection of BBQs and gas fireplaces. When I have went over the years, always find the sales friendly. They installed our fireplace little after the big ice storm. Also, bought a Napoleon gas BBQ from this store. I even have an eye on a green egg as my next purchase. Although friendly, the sales are slow to help when things break. It is unfortunate. When we had a recent issue with our fireplace and I had to eventually go somewhere else.We were told the remote system for the fireplace do not break (i.e. they never heard of this happening). After doing the suggested change of batteries etc., I was able to ascertain it was the receiver (seen in picture). I asked if they had the part or could order it twice. No followup or motion to order it for us. A bit disappointed - we eventually ordered one online ourselves. I would have rather support Classic Fireplaces as they are a local business and pleased with our past purchases. Hopefully the followup service will change in the future.
