Surrey House Cleaning

I hired 2 cleaners for 3 hours with Surrey House Cleaning, and gave them a specific list of jobs to do, which has been completed by other cleaners we have had come to our house. However, the two cleaners that came today finished 2 of the 6 jobs, with one of the cleaners taking 1 1/2 hours to clean our master bathroom, which wasn't even on the list. Completely unacceptable.July 9 Update, you can now add doesn't call back in regards to complaints, and cleaners are not gentle with your vacuum heads, as I have had new cleaners come and couldn't vacuum the carpets, and the carpet head hasn't been used since then. How they're getting 5 star reviews is beyond me

I would consider Surrey House Cleaning to be by far the top cleaning company in the area. We have a dog and two small children so cleaning our home is no easy feat. They did it in the most impressive fashion - quick, friendly and with no nonsense approach. They get to work immediately and get the job done pronto per my requests. These ladies are a breath of fresh air!

My family recently bought a home in the area and needless to say it needed some TLC. We debated ripping out the carpets but my mother wanted to get them cleaned first to see how they looked. We called Surrey Carpet Cleaning and we were very impressed. Their staff was professional and definitely hard workers. They were only there for a day and when we came to the house we thought we were in a different home. Carpets looked brand new I highly recommend this company to anyone. I visited a friend of mine from college, my old roommate. Firstly, I am so glad he lived in Canada because I had never been and always wanted to visit - so this was the perfect mix to make the excuse for taking a short vacation! (LOL)I stayed with him for about a week or so but while there he happened to have a day where he scheduled a carpet cleaning for his living room. It was these guys, Surrey Carpet Cleaning. Coming from a guy's townhouse atmosphere in college, I can tell you just how dirty carpets can really get - beer soaked and flat out disgusting. Turns out my old buddy grew up and takes care of his things now haha - these guys showed up and made my buddy's living room look like it belonged in a magazine about better home living or something haha.They were super professional, quick, and made me pretty impressed with my buddy. Turns out they were super affordable too.Wish they were near my home! Highly recommend these guys.

I booked an appointment with Theresa for the following day at 9 a.m. I called back to confirm after talking it over with my landlord. She changed the time to 10 a.m., but she confirmed that they would be there then. She never showed up, she didn't call, and didn't answer her phone when i called. To top it off, I couldn't even leave a message because the mailbox was full. Inconsiderate and unprofessional.
