Went here today to get my daughter all geared up to ride a diet bike. The ladies who helped us today were the best and so helpful. They also gave us a discount for buying all of the gear we purchased.Thank you so much for your help.

We went looking for two quads and sales person Lucas was great help and good knowledge of the quads that we bought. Easy talk too and truthful. I myself worked many years on skidoos so know the product well just behind on the newer ones today. The rest of the staff were all great and very helpful. A big thanks to them all.

My husband and I have been dealing with RTR for some years now. All our dealings with RTR have been positive with staff that are helpful and well informed. We have been especially pleased with the exceptional service we have consistently received from the Service Manager, Jaclyn Aspeslet. I’ve been a customer of rtr for over twelve years. I’ve bought three sleds and a ktm 350 dirt bike there as well as all my maintenance and supplies. But rtr lost my business after my experience with the service department recently. And not just my business but all my sled crew in blue river as well. 8 of us will be getting our new sleds this year from no limits in Squamish instead. My sled spent almost 8 weeks in the shop I could write a book on here and explain it but I’ll spare anyone the time. If anyone from ownership /management would like to call me to hear my story I’d would love to tell it

I live off grid and rely totally on my generator. These guys had me in and out the same day. THE best service and very friendly staff. The price to fix it was very fair as well.

Two days into our Spyder adventure through the Rockies to Ryde the Rock rally in Port Alberni, our trusty RTL rolled to a halt 100km from Kamloops.The tow truck dropped us on RTR’s door around 4 and we went next door for something to eat while the service team performed a diagnostic.Around 5 Jackie gave us the bad news that the fuel pump had failed. It was a vacation buster!We found a hotel and left our Spyder in Jackie’s hands.In the morning we found out that the Sales Department had agreed to allow the pump from a new unit in the showroom to be removed to get us back on the road.By noon I had a call from Jackie that we were ready to go! We headed down the Coquihalla and by 11PM had caught up with our traveling friends in Port Alberni in time for the rally.Way to go RTR Team. You saved many, many months of planning and a Covid dream. We’ll never forget your empathy and fast courteous service.Wayne & Liz ❤️

I had a spill and sent my 98 Honda VFR to RTR. All the damage was only to parts that were replaceable. The fairing only had light damage on one side that could have easily been fiberglassed and re-painted, no structural damage!! What a huge mistake taking my much loved mc there!! It took forever to get an estimate and they delayed getting back to my estimator at ICBC when they promised to. They never answer their phones and seldom reply to emails. The service manager gave me all but 10 seconds on the phone and was very short with me. It boggles my mind that they are a certified repair shop for ICBC when they don't do bodywork or paint. Consequently my mc was written off as a result of their inability to do the repairs needed. Had I known this, I would never have brought my bike there. My soon to be collector bike was written off even though the damage was minimal, very disappointing!! Would never recommend RTR to anyone!!

I want to say how much I appreciate the sales (Lucas) when I had problems with my new bike less then month old he responded on a Sunday night. This was so appreciate regardless of anything else made me feel important and satisfying with my purchase. Even parts staff are top notch just not service managerThe hardest part of this post was service manager knew I needed tow truck approved by KTM Canada rather then calling tow truck while I was out of town she went to meeting without asking other staff to help I ended up with oil leak which is possible from being over filled her response was didn't sales check oil with u ah no I paid for PDI $600 and u didn't catch it . It was all about making money not customer service I need taking my bike to Vernon for the repairs. I will never use there service department as long as current service manager is there
