I ordered a $1400 TV from visions, and the loomis delivery person decided to just leave my TV sitting out on my porch for anyone to steal. Luckily my wife came home before anyone took it but I'm very unhappy with the delivery. In the future I'll be requesting NOT to have anything expensive shipped by loomis .

This business refuses to answer their phone. Not that they are busy, it is their actual policy to never, never, ever answer it. You can leave a VM, if it isn't full already and they'll never call you back. The business is unreachable by phone.You are forced to drive to the location to see if you have any packages but then they are closed for lunch and closed at 4:30 in the afternoon. Then, if you manage to get there while its open, you'll have to convince one of the bitter staff members to actually go check for your package instead of going for a smoke break. So if your package ends up in this dump just give up and get the refund now, you aren't ever going to get it.Also, if a package isn't picked up they post the recipient's name on facebook...

Don't think I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with a worse company. Is there some reason they just don't ever answer their phone? Called them 3 separate days atleast 15 times to no answer. Left 2 voice mails, neither of which were ever returned. What a joke.

On Friday March 5th, the person trying to deliver my package told me I could pick up from the depot Tomorrow" (Saturday) got there only to find out the depot is closed weekends. Not impressed that the driver doesn't know their business hours. Wasted trip."

They never answer the phones, and they scan my DHL packages as delivered even though it is still at the facility and they don't try even deliver it. I have to go there then convince them to look up my name to get my packages. And their Voice Mail is full 24/7 and they don't check it so don't plan ahead cause it doesn't work with the way these people run this place.

I got a call that they had some motorcycle tires in for me. When I went to get my package I told them my name and without looking it up they told me they had nothing for me. I had to reason with them to get them to look anything up, and when they did see that I had a package there they argued that they didn’t see any tires in the back. Had to reason with them AGAIN to get them to actually look for my package and when they did they found it right away.

This company deserves 0 stars, they are the meanest most unprofessional miserable people I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Like seriously they don’t care about legalities when it comes to registered mail, they leave stuff that is time sensitive from the moment it’s “signed for” on porches when the resident is out of town, they sign their name on the machine so the response clocks ticking and when I complain they say oh we can’t let you use our machine to sign cuz of Covid so we sign for you anyway doesn’t matter if your not home they simply don’t care also the way they speak to customers is legit the worst treatment ever.0/5 stars minus 100 more

I have tried over and over to have a good experience with them but they just seem to get worse and worse. The first time I dealt with them they tried to deliver to my house. When they couldn't deliver they gave me a call. I told them drop it off at my work place, I'm pretty busy but if anyone at so and so desk, will know me and accept the package. Just make sure you go to this desk instead of any other desk. I later call them back trying to find out where my package was. The delivery driver didn't listen to what I said what so ever and went to the other side of the building and not listening to my instructions what so ever. I tried to work something out with him but he refused to listen to my busy schedule and I consistently got rude attitude and got interrupted. I had to wait another 2 days until they finally told me to pick it up at a depot or it gets sent back. A few days later when I received another package i called them and told them not to bother with trying to deliver" to me. To just bring it to the depot and I will get there as soon as possible. I was then rudely told to be there at 3 if I wasn't the package would be sent back. The person I was speaking to refused to understand once again my busy schedule and refused to listen to me. I had to leave work and go pick up the package in fear it would be sent back. When i got there and i told them my story about what i had "worked out" with the person on the phone. They all were confused and couldn't find my package. I told them i wouldn't leave until i had received my package. A couple minutes later they found it. Everyone at depot seems to be clueless to anything going on and they dont seem to have any way of tracking the packages to tell you were they are when you need it. I had to make up the time i lost at work and stay longer. If they would have just listened to me and understood my busy schedule and stop threatening to send everything back it would make everyone's life way easier. I am now on my third package that i am trying to get a hold of. However that seems to be very difficult when you have to call them back because they have horrible hours and every time you do call them back they hang up on you. I am now honestly infuriated and will never ever recommend anyone to pick up a package through these people. When you CAN get a hold of someone they are very very rude and wont listen to you. If you pick up a package at the depot because they threaten you to send it back

No way to get ahold of them they dont ever answer the phone and when I went in trying to get my package they said they're too busy to answer the phone. Been trying to get my package for like 2 weeks now. It says it's there and everytime I've gone in it's not there. Had to reorder the package twice now.

I usually do not write reviews but this is going to be my first. This is THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!!! They never answer their phones, even when you leave messages they do not call you back, they are open at odd hours(not the time google says). When you finally talk to them they get so rude, like its legit unbelievable how this so called business is still running. If you know who manages this please, please do them a favour and tell them to either buckle up or go out of business because people do not need this kind of stress in FSJ!!!
