I shop here pretty frequently.I spend a few hundred dollars a month. It seems like it's getting sloppier and sloppier as time goes on ..today was one of the worst days of all... I hate to say it but today I was in there to get some green peppers and red peppers.. also some mushrooms for dinner tonight and when I cut them open everything was rotten... I recommend don't go shopping here on a Sunday...

I was wrongfully accused of this by your self checkout cashier and then when I spoke to the manager they refused to provide any support in contacting the owner. I was told to google the phone number." Not once was an apology provided by anyone involved even though I was humiliated in front of other customers. I’ve shopped at No Frill for many years and go to this location multiple times a week. To be accused stealing in such a public manner (told to empty my bag in the self checkout area in front of other customers) was humiliating and there was no just cause. The security guard and cashier had never once moved from their posts so how could they have seen me "steal items as they said". I used a woven knit bag to hold my items purchase at two other stores and anyone looking could tell those items were not sold at No Frills. Are people not allowed to use reusable bags in this store and bring in item from other stores?!?They was no apology and an unwillingness to provide an support in contacting the store owner as I had a right to file a compliant about the service.Update: After more than two weeks of trying to resolve my issue with the store I can confirm that John Rocca is hostile and a bully. There was an unwillingness on his end to resolve this manner in a way that addressed the incident in a meaningful way. When challenged he is rude

The owners of this No Frills should truly be ashamed of themselves. This location does not work with our community in terms of food availability, especially sale items and customer appreciation is non existent. The owner harassing our kids when they want to buy a snack at lunchtime. They do nothing in our community for the community and we continue to support them financially. Not anymore.

How is it that with inflation going down and manufacturer input costs are going down yet every single week prices go up. The cost of “no name” products are almost at par or sometime more than big brand items. At this point I rather spend more for big brand items than give Galen Weston any more of my money then I need to. If it’s on sale guaranteed this no frills won’t have it.

This rating is for the Security Guard who I see often at this No Frills (he was working there this evening). He’s honestly one of the most helpful people I’ve ever come across working retail. He’s super efficient and helps the line move quickly in the self-check out. He always encourages people to get a PC optimum card :) and is just so good with customers. I don’t know his name but he’s a gem!

Customer service doesn’t exist here. The staff on the floor are ok but the cashiers are terrible, they don’t even speak to you unless you engage them. Never any baskets at the door when you come in, you always have to go hunting for one.I only ever go here if I’m rushed for time, I much prefer to spend more $$ and go to Loblaws on Lakeshore, at least the employees say hello and speak to you.

I'm so glad that this No Frills has reopened! The new layout is awesome and the prices are terrific as always. There were some great deals on Christmas chocolates and sweets along with their usual great prices. The customer service is excellent and this location is very accessible by TTC. Overall I'm a happy customer!

Great No Frills. Clean and large enough for daily needs. No carts out front, you have to go to the back of the store to get one.

Meat selection is very limited. 4/5 times when I get there to get whatever meat that was on sale they are sold out. I went today at 9:20am when the store opened at 8am. The meat shelf was empty. Sale meat empty. But besides that. Store is meh. Don't come here for meat.

This No Frills absolutely blows, which is a shame because it's so close to me. Never any good sales. You can go to any other No Frills in Toronto right now and find many of the same products for way cheaper. Case in point, the No Frills near my work has two brands of frozen pizzas on sale for $3.50. The same frozen pizzas at this place are on sale" for $4.99.This place also seldom gets new products
