I was passing from highway 416, it was almost 12 at night, in search of food I searched on google and it was the only place open, loved there food and customer service. I will surely return to this place while traveling to toronto. Thanks a lot team milano for great experience!!!

Only restaurant opened after 10pm. Food was delicious and service was great and very fast. They even brought out my food to my car in the snowstorm. Yup, will spend my money here again.Cheers

This was one of my favourite chains across Ontario, but since the new management, the food has been consistently terrible. I've tossed out the last 3 orders. No more.

I ordered a dessert pizza for delivery. They were out of my first choice of topping, bananas. Which is okay, but the liquid the strawberries were kept in made the bread soggy and it melted the Chocolate off the pizza and got onto the sides of the box. Also all the strawberries fell off and were in a big pile in the corner of the box. So I got a big wet mess. In the future I would ask for no fruit toppings at all and add my own at home if available. Also not a fan of the online delivery not letting me order without adding something extra just because I was 5 cents off.

Terrible pizza and barely any meat on the Steak sub. Very disappointed. We've been ordering from here for years now, not anymore. Sadly I think it is under new ownership.

Ordeeed a pepperoni pizza. Cheese was missing and holes everywhere’s crust was stale and tasted like pre-made grocery store crust.

I ordered a large double cheese and pepperoni pizza. The cost as usual was high and I was charged 9.00 to deliver. With tip just short of 50.00. I read my receipt and they charged me 1.50 for using debit. The delivery girl was lost, couldn't find my road. When she did , she drove by my house. The pizza was Luke warm and didn't look like double cheese. Last time I will order from them.

Good pizza, got a 2 medium 2 topping combo with drinks for $40. Fast and nice service, no idea why other reviewers are clowning on this place.

We got takeout so atmosphere doesn't count. Service was good. Food was meh- southern chicken overdone, kid's chicken too spicy, sub way too overloaded with sauce.

I used to love this place. I loved their pizza, and their food. My brothers and I haven’t ordered there in 6 months. We often had gotten too many orders missing drinks, condiments and accessories. I also found the pizza was soggier and greasier, over time. We’ve recently switched over to Mr. Mozzerella in Kemptville and it’s been consistent and great. I’ve gotten pizza from different Milanos franchises in ottawa, and they’re still great tasting and professional. I wish the Kemptville milanos would uphold this great standard.
