At the first call itself I got disappointed with the arrogant attitude from the lady receptionist. She had such a bad attitude that I recommend that she be put on training on how to deal with customers. I had all intentions of using their services but since after this one call I can now imagine what’s the culture from top down. Will not recommend this organization to my friends & family.Very Poor show

I've been a customer for 5 years and never have they let me down or tried selling something I didn't need. I've always done my own mechanical work but I'm getting too old for it. I know all about cars and I know what's wrong even before I take it there. They don't know that about me but I've never had to use it. They have never let me down. They are completely honest and trustworthy.

Brought my car to Bramalea Auto Electric for a simple safety inspection, and one of their mechanics improperly jacked up my classic Trans Am, and crushed the frame pinch welds/ jack points. They didn't inform me of the damage they caused, and I only found the damage when taking off my tires for the winter which was very disappointing.

I have been a customer for close to thirty years now. There is no other mechanic for me period! Dave and his staff give quality service and they are reliable. They fix what needs to be fixed and will alert me to any problem that they see.They will then advise me if it needs immediate attention or if it's something to repair later. Honesty and integrity are almost forgotten words but I'm reminded of them after each visit.
