We astarted out buying a bed from Mattress mattress and it was such a negative run around experience we decided to skip buying a new bed - but as luck would have it we stumbled in to this store to browse only - - the salesman was incredible and 30 minutes later we bought our new bed! It is the most amazing nights sleep I've had in a long time! Highly recommend!!! I have nothing negative to say about Sleep Country!

If I could give a zero rating I woould. A Guy that works there has hearing problem or don't want to serve customers. He should get fired. All he was good at saying was what? What did you say?" If you don't want to sell products don't bother work there."

Seen the staff member on YouTube talking to that 13 year old, once I can see a reply that he was let go I’ll definitely revert this to a 5 star. I won’t say his name for his own Privacy but geez having a 7 month year old and a wife at home doing this kind of thing ? Disgusting. At minimum I hope we was let go and again I definitely will change the review as it’s not fair to you guys. However if he’s still employed 1 start is what you deserve.

Located on the 2nd floor by Marshall's INSIDE the mall. During the pandemic & prior, can lay on floor models using disposable cover's provided. Unsure of what level want, the salespeople will ask very basic questions to make sure you are satisfied! Was even shown replacement bedding sets to go with new

Great salesmanship by Trent. He worked out a great price and even ensured my delivery time [I gave a week's notice] would suit my schedule without a penalty. Store management wanted to penalize me $50.00 for an a.m. or p.m. request even with a week's notice. Store needs to address/clean up that penalty clause.
