Dr. Karen was absolutely wonderful. Despite our time with her being a very difficult day saying goodbye to our sweet dog. She made the entire process as easy as possible. She was so compassionate and understanding of how hard the day was. She helped us send our beloved dog over the rainbow bridge from the comfot of our home. It was very peaceful for our girl and we couldn't be more grateful.

We really appreciated the very kind and thoughtful service that was provided. It helped us knowing that our pet felt the safety and love in our home during this emotional time. Dr Karen explained everything that was going to take place and gave us all the time we needed to say our goodbyes .

Dr. Karen came out on short notice to help us with our little girl Maggie. She was amazing to deal with. We had Maggie back to us under a week. Extremely professional. Gave us the time we needed to say goodbye.Thank you for your help.

We are full of immense appreciation for Dr. Karen. We had brought our beloved cat Rhino home for palliative care, when his health began to deteriorate quickly over the weekend. We left her a message, and Dr. Karen went above and beyond to come to our home after hours on a Sunday (on Mother's Day no less) to help Rhino to pass peacefully in his place of comfort, with his family at his side. Beyond that, Dr. Karen took great care in arranging his cremation and returning his ashes. Rhino was returned to us at home in a beautiful tealight candle urn, and Dr. Karen added the most thoughtful touches with a poem, handwritten card, his ink paw prints, and a few clippings of his fur which we asked for. Our hearts were truly warmed by Dr. Karen throughout this process, and she truly facilitated our process of grieving in such a kind, compassionate, and caring way. I would highly recommend Dr. Karen to anyone that is in need of giving their beloved pets one last act of loving kindness.

My best friend Marley, my heart dog, was diagnosed with early liver failure. He was doing reasonably well. Then a sudden turn. He lost all his weight, ate the minimum, wasn't enjoying his life. It killed me to make the call to Doctor Karen. I explained that this would be extremely difficult emotionally for me, as Marley and I had been especially close. We spent 17 years together. He was there for me as an emotional support, bringing sunshine when my life was dark & sad. Dr. Karen was beyond professional & caring- she took actual time to get to know him. She communicated every step( I'm a retired nurse but don't mention it as it can make others nervous. She did everything exactly by the book), so gentle & calm despite my hysterical fear & grief. I've been through this before & have never come across a veterinarian that sincerely cares but also understands those of us with a special bond.She stayed with us when necessary & gave space as well. It's all still so painful. But Dr Karen made losing my Marley a little less painful. And thank you for the beautiful card, the personalized keepsake. I adore them both. I highly recommend Dr Karen

I cannot reccomend Dr.Karen enough. It felt like fate that she was reccomended to us because she had been Matiers doctor for several years before she moved on into her new line of work doing the home euthenasias. The service she provides brought us so much comfort knowing our boy would get to leave this earth in the place he felt safest, his home. She remembered our boy and she was so compassionate with us and came during the weekend when no one else was open so we could help end our boys suffering and help him cross the rainbow bridge. It's hard not to feel a sense of guilt when you have to make this decision but Dr.Karen really helped put my mind at ease and reassured me. Our boy made it to his 15 birthday and days later he had a seizure that would be the beginning of his health decline. 2 Weeks later we knew it was time. And I am so thankful Dr.Karen was there to help him cross over. I will absolutely be calling her again to be the arms that hold our little loved ones when it's time to help them cross the rainbow bridge. Thank you so much Dr.Karen!

Dr. Karen was absolutely amazing. I spoke to her 1st about a month ago not knowing what time we had left with our Pumba. It caught us off guard yesterday morning and had to make the call we don’t want to. She arrived about an hour or so later giving us time. When she met Pumba it was like he knew she was there to help him. She assured us the time was right but that we also had not let him suffer but that we had really done what we could and not allow it to get to that point. Dr. Karen’s demeanour and personality was so calming, empathetic and reassuring. Thank for providing this type of circumstance for a loved fur baby. We can’t thank you enough for what you do. ❤️

Cannot thank Dr. Karen enough for what she does. I'm so thankful our sweet dog Duchess could feel safe and comfortable at home as she left this world. Duchess had immense anxiety whenever going to the vet, and once her cancer advanced and it was time to say goodbye Dr. Karen gave Duchess and our family a calm and supportive way to do it. She was timely, gave very clear information on what to expect and the procedure, she was also very gentle with Duchess before and after. Thank you Dr Karen for being a light for our family at a such a sad time
