Royalty B&B

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Royalty B&B and it exceeded all of my expectations. What was supposed to be a one night stay turned into extended stay. The accommodation was impeccable, with clean, comfortable room and bed with high quality linens. The bathroom was spotless, and had all the amenities I needed. The hosts, Vivian and Thomas, were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. They provided great recommendations for things to do and see in the area. I highly recommend Royalty B&B to anyone looking for a top-notch accommodation experience in Richmond. I'll be back.

Do NOT stay here! Unprofessional and RUDE management. Also be prepared to pay an extra fee if you leave with anything out of place in their rooms.They will put on a “happy face” until you ask for something that they don’t want to do. And don’t even TRY asking for anything.There are TONS of other places better than this, that actually care to go above and beyond. Why throw a tantrum rather than working together with the guest to come to a solution?Do not fall victim to their “pretty face”. They are a money trap. That’s all they care about.

I stayed here for two nights. It was a very cozy home and the host lady was very nice. The location is great in proximity to the airport and downtown Richmond. Also there is a great river walkway 1 block away.

I recently stayed at Royalty B&B for 3 nights with my husband during the May long weekend. The location was nice and it was very pleasant walking along the river trails. The accommodation was impeccable, with clean, comfortable room and bed. The bathroom was spotless, and had all the amenities I needed. The hostess Vivian as well as the entire family were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. We were even invited to join a family backyard party. I will certainly stay there when I come to Richmond again.

The owners were very kind and helpful and hospitable. I was stuck in the airport due to correction that was to be made by my agent. It felt like my own home and I slept like a baby through the night and all my Stress and Anxiety was gone thanks to their professional and kind approach towards their customers. Overall it was an amazing experience and I definitely recommend anybody who wants to stay overnight in Vancouver or stayed for a long time to use royalty B&B as accommodations. The lady.

I had an amazing stay at Vivian and Thomas’ b&b! I had a flight cancellation and ended up in Vancouver overnight and found this place. Such a warm and caring welcome, they made sure I had everything I needed. Airport is just a 10 minute cab ride away. They had even called the cab for me to arrive at 3am to take me to the airport, and made sure to let me know when he arrived. I would love to stay again if I find myself in Vancouver in the future!

don’t do it!!!we arrived after a long day of travel. on arrival, we blindly walked up to the dark house as there were no check in instructions and rang the bell- it took a while for the host to get to the door. and when she did, she started beckoning rules at us- take off your shoes, roll your suite-case three times on the entry mat, leave your bags in the lobby. give me $20 for sanitation service (?).no room or house keys were provided. we were told to just leave the door unlocked when we went out, but to take our valuables with us like our passports, gold and jewelry (?).she showed us the fridge and what was available for breakfast, an old loaf of bread, big opened jam jars, and an opened box of cheerios. for hosts charging $20 sanitation fee for covid (which, it’s now 2023), there was not much attention to sanitization or cleanliness on the premise at all.we didn’t end up staying the night, got too creeped out and just ghosted on Viv and Thomas. in all my travels, i’ve never had such a weird bnb experience, and this was in vancouver of all places. just wow.extremely disappointed - they got my money and i did not feel comfortable staying there.

I’ve stayed at the Royalty B&B on my own twice and had a positive experience both times. Vivian is a lovely host, the location is conveniently located less than 10 min away from the airport, and my room was clean and cozy. I worked from my room one day and the B&B was quiet, comfortable, and the wifi worked great. Loads of amenities just minutes away. Would stay here again!

I have visited Vancouver for at least 8 times, this is the first time that I stayed in a B & B. I am so lucky to pick the Royalty B & B"
