We chose Service Pro's for our Heat Pump installation and service and it was the right choice! Jaren is knowledgeable and professional. He installed a complete ducted system in our house and it does a great job of heating and cooling. This was the best company in all of PG to get a heat pump system, and we shopped around a LOT.Edit/update: we have had the pump for almost a year. It works amazingly!!! but there have been a few hiccups that were frustrating to deal with. I'd still recommend the company but I am removing a star because of an unpleasant exchange I had with Service Pros when he hadn't turned on a feature of our heat pump during install so it wasn't heating in -25 weather. He fixed it asap the next day, but I'm still removing a star.

Jaron was fantastic! He fit me in and repaired my furnace in the middle of the coldest week all month. It was such a quick repair and he was so flexible and accommodating. I’m going to switch to his company to do my regular furnace maintenance from now on. I highly recommend him for anyone needing anything done with heating and cooling!

All I can say is WOW! Jaron Short is simply the best!! We had a different company install our AC only to have multiple issues in a very short time (leaking etc.) Jaron saved the day. He managed to fit us into his busy schedule made a couple of visits to us and corrected our issue. We are so thankful that he came to our rescue! I highly recommend Jaron Short!

This post is long overdue. Back in February my furnace wouldn't kick in even after it was serviced by another company. They told me it was due to another part, which I bought and installed, but it didn't help at all.A colleague referred me to Jaron who came first thing the next business day. He not only diagnosed the issue quickly, but he also had a refurbished circuit board that only cost me a fraction of what a new one would have cost. He even explained that soldering the old one could fix the problem so I'll have a spare (now I just need to find someone who can solder)! I didn't think I'd have heat again until after he went to pick up the part. But the inventory he had with him saved me from spending any more hours in the cold!I highly recommend Jaron at Service Pro's Heating & Cooling!
