The chocolate ice cream has a very mellow taste and smooth texture. Earl Grey tea is just the right level of sweetness. Will try more flavors next time.

Newly opened gelato shop at Brentwood! They have lots of tables to enjoy your gelato or coffee. We got the roasted pecan with sea salt and matcha. They allow 3 samples per person. The pecan flavour was better but both flavours tasted the same towards the end. Cone is extra $1 charge.

Very bright and clean place with ample seating. Tried a selection of 5 of their dairy and vegan gelatos and thoroughly enjoyed all of them! a little pricier than some other places in Metro Vancouver but still delicious. Just a note - their gelatos are covered with a lid, so you're not able to see them before ordering it, if that matters to you.

The gelato was very good but a little pricey. The problem that I personally had was that the servers both were handling money, garbage and even touched the door handle to the restroom without washing their hands before serving. I was immediately put off by this and threw my gelato out and walked out immediately. There must be better hygiene taught to individuals in this industry. I am hoping that the owners read this review and take corrective action quickly. I will not be back!Update July 7I was so pleased to speak with Amanda from Bella Gelateria. We had a long conversation about the training that goes with working at this establishment to ensure cleanliness and good hygiene. She will ensure that all employees are reminded about hand washing so that this won’t happen again. Thank you Amanda for being so responsible. It ensures the safety to the public and now I feel much more comfortable to return!Kelly

What an incredible experience. Very excited to taste Bella for the first time in Brentwood. As a celiac needing Gluten free options made and served safely I was so happy. The menu on the screens labeled their gluten containing flavours. Was served safely the hazelnut (made in Italy) and espresso flavour. They also had 5-6 wrapped “certified gluten free” Pastries in the cabinet all from Trumps Fine Foods in gas town. Price of 10$ for 2 flavours is actually not that expensive for a quality gelato product. Service by the staff is awesome and you are even allowed up to 3 samples. They are located next to adidas near the tower 6 at the back of the complex but definitely worth the visit.

Absolutely wonderful place. So glad it is in the area. It is a bright and open space with lots of light coming through the windows. The selection of ice cream is great - I thought they would have more flavours than they did but they just opened so hopefully more to come in the future. At the moment, they also only have 3 vegan flavours as well.

We came here and were pleasantly surprised and impressed with the Gelato! It was truthfully the best Gelato I have ever had. Super smooth, creamy, and packed with flavor.Each person is allowed 3 samples per visit. I got the chocolate brownie and salted pecan which was a great combo together. I still can't get over how smooth the Gelato is.Super nice staff and very clean and welcoming space.This place is definitely a favorite now!

It’s rough at $9 for a small scoop. While it was creamy and delicious - I can’t speak too much for the price gouge. The location is nice and clean. They offer other items like cookies and loaves (in a refrigerator) but overall the price was enough to do me in. Try it once - great, but I likely won’t skip back.

The location is a bit hidden right now (it’s at the end with all the construction, near the scotiabank entrance).They let you sample 3 flavors before committing to one.
