I recently added a vehicle to my policy and had the extreme pleasure of dealing with Rakesh Patel at the Cambridge office. Rocko literally worked through the night to have my coverage in place for the following morning. Not only is he friendly and knowledgeable, he also made an incredible effort to get me the best possible rate. I was never a fan of shopping for insurance, but dealing with Rocko has changed my perspective!

It’s nice when an insurance broker will take the time to explore what the terms of insurance mean. I was also assisted in identifying what coverage I did not need which was a savings. Great company with really helpful people.

We have been dealing with Cambridge Insurance Brokers for years now. We have gone through different vehicles, different homes, adding items to our policy, having rentals, car accidents etc., and we have NEVER had a bad experience. We continue to receive amazing customer service and never feel as though we are inconveniencing anyone even when I am asking 1000 questions. Today I spoke with Brenda as we are adding a couple of items to our insurance policy and she so sweetly explained the details, what to expect and so on. She treated me like a person not just a number and that is the reason that even though we don't live in Cambridge anymore we won't leave the Broker. Was a loyal customer for years, without questions. But they dropped the ball numerous amounts of ways. I gave them ample opportunity to fix their mistakes, and they just made more. So made a few calls to competing companies, acted as my own broker so to speak. Found a plan that is exponentially cheaper for me. As stated, after 20 years of patronage, my rates seemed to climb up year after year even though I had no infractions and no claims. The only saving grace they have is Lyndsay Braun, she deserves a promotion. Their legacy brokers deserve severance...... #doyourjobbetter
