Sarah Walsh Bridal Jewellery

I purchased earrings from Sarah walsh. They came and were fine. I ordered a custom necklace in which the clasp was defective. Notified them 3 weeks before my wedding. They sent numerous condescending emails to me suggesting I didn't know how to clasp it and should get help from someone else. My sister in law is a gemologist and she said it was shoddy and defective. They did nothing to amnend the problem and now my wedding is one week away. I am a Neonatal ICU nurse so I don't have dexterity issues .Steer clear. Poor customer service. I spent over a combined 200 dollars .poor customer service. Check wedding wire for my review as well. Can't recommend them.

Sarah made a custom bracelet for me using pearls I had been gifted by a family member over many years. The piece was BEAUTIFUL. I couldn't have asked for anything more. I am so excited to wear it on my wedding day. She was easy to communicate with for the planning / consultation, and I felt confident that she would make something amazing from my special pearls. Sarah Walsh creates beautiful pearl jewellery, there is no question about that! The surprise for me, was that she is just a lovely as her jewellery is!I reached out to Sarah through email about 1 month before my wedding. I had initially purchased a beautiful Sarah Walsh hair piece and earrings at Renewed With Love Bridal and decided last minute that I wanted to add a pearl bracelet and necklace to my wedding look.Sarah no only ensured that the items were shipped out right away, she was kind enough to offer some suggestions on matching items and even took a look at photos of my dress to provide an opinion on whether a necklace was necessary.One week before the wedding, I was shopping with my mom for her wedding jewellery, and we could not find anything we liked.
