Good service, had the frame but one negative didn't put a latch on windiw screen.

Product quality: inferior. Almost all thermos were defective.Poor installations: The work not precisely done. The size of the screen mismatched with the window frame and it has to be duck-taped. The chill of an unwanted draft between the window sill & frame in winter. The crack handles are not aligned with cover at close.Work quality to replace defective: inferior. Extreamly rough and they damaged property. Also feel like the windows are not shut (noise-wise) since then. They broke something else while assessing the defects. Shattered glass and small stones from their boots were all over the floor. No respect/care toward someone’s living space.Price: the hourly rate for the labor is $350. The work was done in 15 min and the invoice was $350+taxes(thermos were within warranty). In 5 seconds you will be asked to give the owner your credit card number over the phone. It took several months to get things rolling but the owner was very quick to charge us.We’ve been making multiple follow-ups regarding the remaining defectives and repair of what they broke and damaged; yet, they never have responded to us over a year (or forever) although they said they would come back to repair it in a few weeks.Customer services: inferior (non existence). Very unprofessional and arrogant. We had to make multiple inquiries to have the defective replaced. The owner always give you excuses not to proceed (construction holiday, Christmas holiday, etc) or simply ignored us for months.When the work estimated to take 30 min was finally scheduled, they wouldn’t tell us estimate time of the visit because they were not doctors, we were told.They marched in with dirty boots with no consideration of protecting the hardwood floor, touched everything with dirty gloves. We were told to vacuum broken glass.
