I picked up a picture of Nascar legend Dale Earnhardt Sr at a local garage sale a couple of weeks ago. I wanted to add some elements to the top and bottom of the picture. Wendy at Excalibur helped me with the details/placement of the engraved plaques on the picture. She confirmed via email the design and cost and notified me when it was ready. When I picked up my picture, it looked awesome!

Avoid this place like the plague. Severely mistreats their clients.Beware of the owner Ann Carson. Instead of trying to mitigate the issue, she continues to be abusive. Just look at the owner’s response below, totally trying to dodge the bullet.Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else.Why come here, when there’s so many other places that have similar types of products and services?Most importantly all those other businesses treat their clients with the dignity they deserve and provide excellent customer service.I have suspicions the owner Ann Carson posted all the FAKE 5 stars reviews.This place deserves 0 STARS! I had to reluctantly give 1 star just to post this review.
