Jeff J was a superstar. Helpful, patient, and friendly. He's very knowledgeable and not pushy with sales. Initially I had called in to the 1-888 Telus line and felt put off with the agent I got, guy was really trying to make a sale. I then decided to call into this store to see if they could help me. Jeff picked up, I went into the store and luckily he was there to help me again. Really glad I came to the store, would come back here again if I need to instead of calling the Telus services line.

My wife and I are interested in purchasing new phones before the end of 2022 and I found a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere here at this Telus Store on 11th and Granville…the store employee that I dealt with was Matthew and he answered all of my inquiries with full and complete satisfaction on my part…He provided me with several interesting points to consider…. I will be back soon to finalize our plans…

These 5 stars goes to William, the caring, & knowledgeable gentleman who helped me with purchasing my phone & all needed relevant services, ... he walked me through everything I needed to know with patience, & answered my questions with his clear & simple communication style, ... he was not pushy to sell but he gained my trust with his knowledge & providing clear information & giving me space to think for myself & decide & choose the option that could work for me, .... people like him make clients to stay with the company otherwise I was gone long time ago while I was/ am not impressed with Telus phone customer service, .......... Loooong wait & No result.

This Telus location has amazing customer service by very friendly and knowledgeable staff (special thanks to Matthew B. for being extremely helpful when I got a new iPhone 14). My mom and I are definitely staying loyal to Telus and this specific location. :D

Very helpful representatives at the store, however I would not recommend Telus TV to anyone. It doesn't work, and service on the customer service line is awful. I've had 4 - 5 calls with Telus to fix different errors over the last 6 months. Returning all of my equipment today.

Shayne is a super knowledgeable and helpful guy! Really nice fellow! I was in and out in less than 10 mins.

Matthew was super helpful with setting our phones up and personable as well. Easy process to deal with him.

Matthew B. absolutely went above and beyond when helping me start a new service with Telus. From finding me the best possible plan, to helping me with a new phone, employees like him are the reason why I'll stay with Telus for my internet and mobile services.
