Young guys there take their time to make good drinks. Their vanilla coconut cold brew (limited time) are incomparable to any others I had.

Easy access for gas refill stops and when you need something to grab to eat. This is the place but washroom is unsanitary.

The staff doesn't know how to take order , they always mess up my order. also there was a deal for cold beverages 2 for $5 they made me pay $4.80 x2. I told them about it, they didn't even care about what I said. They never give napkins, always we have like beg them to get some. I'm just waiting for the DQ to open so they'll learn a lesson on taking care of customers. The customers are just suffering for the time being. If you don't improve, you'll loose customers. I don't think the owner doesn't care how the staffs handling the customers.

Timmy's is rough these days. Doesn't seem to matter the location they're all the same. You can be the only one in the drive through and still wait 15 min for 1 drink. The food is horrible. It's nothing like it use to be. The coffee is undrinkable. I only go because my kid likes timbits

line always takes awhilethr younger staff are always professional, kind and care about the product.if you see the miserable old woman, turn around and leave. she is always crabby and rude as if its your fault she isnt retired!recently most of the staff are pushy, dont listen very well and struggle with english.

Service is a bit slow. Steeped tea is awful.Ordered 2 Large steeped teas. Both taste like watered down milk. These are my favourite thing about Tim’s .. it’s disappointing when you pay the extra instead of making for self at home and not getting it made correctly. Also makes a person not want to return as this is not the first time for this location. …

I wish i could give no Stars. Totally bad experience, no hygiene and friendliness. Flies were all over the place. Regardless went in order my take out. The cashier started fighting over fresh steeped tea. I asked for fresh steeped tea because there was no 20 minutes timing on the pot and looked old to me. The team was so unhappy to serve. I didn’t understand why she started yelling to pay for whole pot. I had 2 tea and they could have make half pot to give better satisfaction to their customers. I did get free food, at least give people what they are paying for. Moreover, the order confirmation screen was not working and i asked to confirm the order please and girl replied stop being mean. I mean what? I am just here to get my food and am done. I don’t have time and energy to be mean to people whom am never going to see. I felt the 3-4 girls(employees) group was very racist and they were giving weird gestures over my brother’s appearance. Highly recommend for team training. Never ever coming back and thank you.

Worse Timmys I’ve been to. Can’t answer a simple question and gives me whatever they feel like that’s not my order while overcharging. And the food was old/cold on top of it. Won’t be going back to that location. There’s an expectation of mediocrity whenever I got to a Timmys, but this was a special kind of terrible…

Coffee often old past Tim Hortons specified time. An employee was chastised for ghrowing away coffee that was past time allowed. The coffee machines have timers built in to let staff know when to make new coffee but these are ignored by management. Reported to Tim Hortons head office. Beware of this place

Going there daily. Daily I have to come in from the drive thru to have them.remake my breakfast or get my drink order right. I repeat my order so they repeat it back to me,so there should be no mistakes. Everyday mistakes. Everyday rude, rude service at the drive thru and when I have to go back in. As I have stood there I watch at least two to three other people come back in with their food that isn't right either. Tim hortons is going down hill. No fresh twenty min coffee, lucky if they change the new machines when the light flashes red. Nope not wasting a full pot I have heard them.say. I won't get my coffee there Ever !!. Their rudeness is rediculous. Customer service? They have None. Would recommend you go to the main tim hortons on yale road. Either by the high-school or across from McDonald's. They get it right. They are polite,friendly and fast
