Teamyouhq is an amazing gym, from the new equipment, to the great people I have met it has easily been the best gym experience for me ever! Working 1-on-1 with Vaughn has taught me a lot including: different ways to work different muscles and how to properly use machines that I hadn't used correctly in the past. It has been painful and difficult has gotten me results, even with only 2 times a week for the last 2.5 months I feel like it would have taken me much longer to get where I am now. I would recommend teamyouhq and Vaughn to anyone looking for a gym, whether you're a beginner or veteran he knows what he is doing, and made me realize how valuable a personal trainer can be! Thank you for everything I will be continuing to go despite moving farther away from the gym, everything about the gym makes me want to stay!!

Unreal (2 month) transformation!!! 1 on 1 training with Vaughn 3 days a week including an amazing meal plan. Love this gym and all the equipment. Very flexible with my busy work schedule. Excited to continue this fun journey with you all at Team You HQ! I couldn’t have done this without you! :D

I had the pleasure of visiting Team HQ a few weeks back. The owner took me for a walkthrough and explained all the machines. What I love about this place is, it is a boutique gym. Very personal experience, not over crowded, and you feel extremely welcomed. The equipment is all clean and looks new. There are a couple unique machines I have never seen before so definitely check it out.Overall great gym that is clean, has everything you need and feels warm and welcoming !

Incredible gym that allows you to focus and crush out your fitness goals. Very clean and upbeat. Machines are exclusive and not seen in commercial gyms. Highly recommend

Great gym studio!! Top notch machines and equipment - most importantly during these times, the gym is very clean and well maintained.Trained here a few times and always had amazing workouts. Love the private gym atmosphere. Owner and trainer Vaughn is great with his clients, very knowledgeable and heard nothing, but great results. I have never worked out in a gym like this before , coming into Team You HQ I was pretty nervous but Vaughn has been super patient with me when teaching me how to use all the equipment, he always keeps me accountable and pushes me to do my best. I love coming to the gym, it’s a positive space and everyone is encouraging and supportive. Excited to see my results in the months to come.

Perfect private gym studio. It is very cleaned and well maintained; and during these difficult times that is extremely important. The equipment is brand new and the studio has everything you need and more. The owner Vaughn is very welcoming with new members and was able to work around my schedule in order to make sure I was able to get my sessions in. I love the vibe and atmosphere of a private gym like this, training by myself is perfect and allows me to really focus on my workouts. The ambient lighting and music also helps to keep me motivated. I would recommend this gym to anyone looking for a new spot to train, 10/10.

Excellent equipment, clean and maintained and has great music Playlist on so no headphones required, whole gym has a great vibe.
