I had a negative experience at your store in Calgary. Your front staff needs to belt up. I was highly recommended to your store by Mathiue Arbour of core concrete.Your loading boys are great but front sales staff had issues and acted arrogantly.I have updated the review and further change it provided you give your front team the feedback. Superior customer service! I went in with questions related to sealing my exposed concrete driveway and came away with my answers plus some great additional information to help me out. Tim Wall was excellent and I highly recommend that you ask for him. Thanks for taking care of me, I will definitely be back next year.

Called a number of stores but the service I received from Tim at Unicon Concrete was excellent. When I arrived at the store Tim spent time with me explaining each of the products and applications. I ended up getting everything I needed without going to a number of suppliers. Thank you

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Ordering was extremely easy. Yard staff are super friendly and efficient. I had a very small retail order and was treated like it was a big order. Tip of the hat to Tim W and staff at Unicon!

Awful place to work. The manager is a squirrelly liar and their HR lady will find a way no matter what to fire someone they don’t like even if they have to lie about employees to justify it. I saw it happen. Many employees had serious injuries because management refuses to invest in safe, practical methods to accomplish tasks. They were treated like dirt after the company injured them. Only reason employees ever stuck around was because of a certain beauty warehouse manager who stuck up for his people and put his neck on the line for them. He left the company once he saw their true colours. Don’t let them fool you.
