First Choice Haircutters Summit Drive

Just awesome..trying to get in to any other salon for a trim is impossible these days..I walked in without an appointment and was done in half an hour..no frills..but who cares? 26.00 leaves room for a great tip!!

Excellent stylist. Better cut than I've had at much more expensive salons.

child's first cut, toddler sat patiently for 10 minutes and was nervous in the chair, ended up sitting on moma to stay calm. hairstylist takes a big chunk out of the back when someone came in the door. stylist proceeds to leave the chair and discuss products with walk in customer while toddler becomes more and more agitated. shortly became inconsolable and hair stylist still jad not returned. we get up to leave and hairstylist says we don't have to pay. we had no plans on paying for less then half a cut and being left on the chair while the salesperson/ glorified stylist talked products with a walk in. would put 0 stars if I could.

If I could give 0 stars I would. WORST haircut of my life. It’s so bad I have a side shorter than the other and the layers are so uneven I can’t even let my hair down. I left the place not really realizing how bad it was since my hair were still wet but when I arrived home and tried to style them… OMG the horror. I can’t even get it fixed since she cut them so short. I wanted a bob hairstyle and now it’s so ugly I took an appointment for hair extensions.Wow will never return. I went there several times before with Melissa and it was always so great but she was not in that day so tried the manager Lindsay. What a mistake it was cause now my hair are butchered. Not to mention her racists comments regarding people from Quebec (which I am) so I don’t know if she is just that incompetent as a hairdresser or she did it because she does not like french Canadian's. Anyway’s do yourself a favour and think twice before going to her.

The ladies were very nice and very attentive to my needs.i did not have to wait very long. Great experience

They dont even deserve 1 star. I used to go here for haircut but the customer service its awful, they wasted my time as I had to wait my turn and when finally both hairdressers were free, one of them continued paying attention to the boy that already got his haircut DONE and the other one just dissapeared to help the mother of the boy........ the receptionist did not handled it properly, she just sweep the floor and stands on the till.....they just neglected me, they did not care, they seriously wasted my time, so I left that place, CHEAP in price but also in customer care, avoid it at any cost...

Good service. I find that I am usually just as (if not more) happy with my haircut here as I have been with haircuts from more expensive hair salons.

I have recently started going back to first choice haircutters and would highly recommend Melissa!I have been getting buzz cuts for a good 12 plus years and you would be surprised at how many hairdressers think a buzz cut is easy" and "fast" while leaving me with a very back haircut as an end result.Melissa is very professional and takes her time. Leaving you feeling and looking refreshed after.I hope other hairdresser else where read this and take there time on an "easy" buzz cutThanks Melissa! You definitely have a customer for good here!"

Amazing experience! The manager Lindsay is fun and knowledgeable and a blast to be with. She did great job on my hair and I will be back!

Not Recommended. Renew your customer service practices. My kids like to go here when Mindy was working. Great service turned into terrible in a year. I had to change my rating from 5 star to one star. After couple of bad incidents with my haircut I started going to another location.Once they're not busy but closed early when my little girl needed a hair wash.
