Great experience great place

The workmanship is fine, price is debatable. They take long on smaller orders, they don't communicate when you place your order, they ignore your instructions, and ignore your PO price. This allows them to over charge which affects your bottom line, especially when you have given a price to your client already. I've used them 3x trying to improve communication each time to identify discrepancies with PO and final cost. No matter how clear and bold I make my instructions with capital letters (including identifying cost issues before running the job) I am always overcharged. They are always right. I'd rather pay more elsewhere, at least I know how much to markup. Look at my other reviews, this is my first low score. Just be aware of this if you use them.

A very good experience! My order (custom masks) was promised in 2 weeks and came in exactly 2 weeks (2 days sooner actually!). This was a gift and the recipients were sooooooooooooooo happy. It was a pleasure dealing with Aaron, who actually responded to my initial inquiry on a Sunday. Excellent communication, great product and prompt delivery - what more can you ask for?

Nati did not do proper response. Promised to do my order about 220pcs in one week, did not pick up calls, no communication, no nothing. 3 weeks later, I went and pick up my stuffs unprinted.....UNPRINTED.Unethical when doing a business like that. No wonder China can be a such reliable country for business people to go. bye bye Nati...
