Wonderful service here. Don’t go anywhere else for your vacuum needs. They not only service your existing vacuum they sell a vast array of refurbished ( including Dyson) vacuums that come with an extended warranty. I can vouch that they stand by that warranty and I couldn’t be happier.

I definitely recommend them for any sales or repairs. The owner is knowledgeable and friendly. Great service and very reasonable prices.

Thoroughly disappointed with the service received. $166 dollars wasted on something I thought would come back in relatively better condition than what I received.My question is, what exactly did my $166 dollars get?? I’ve attached photos, this is essentially the same way I brought the vacuum in. The only thing I can see that was done was that the air filter was changed. And on that, a quick Amazon check showed I could get a two pack of filters for $40.I tried to provide some support to a local business during these trying times, but I find that service now a days have taken a turn for the worst. No one cares and no one wants to put in an honest days work for anything anymore which is sad.Will not recommend and will not return.***UPDATE****The owner of Brantford Guys Vac Shop contacted myself shortly after this review was posted. He admitted that it appeared the vacuum was overlooked and the “service” portion was not completed.He has offered to have the vacuum brought back for a full once over, proper cleaning, and money refunded. This experience has been turned around, and a customer has been kept. Originally a 1 ⭐️ post - changed to a 5 ⭐️ !

Brought our Dyson upright in today showed me how to fix problem and saved me $75 for service charge. Not too many honest and decent businesses around that put the customer ahead of the buck. Thank you

I had a vacuum whose brush roller wasn't spinning anymore. I brought it into Guys, and Layne levelled with me and said that for the cost of repairing it, I might as well buy a new one.Since my old vacuum was at least 10 years old, I felt this was the best option.He showed me a couple of options that were comparable to my old vacuum, and I bought one that was slightly better. The shop also has a two year warranty, better than most retailers.Will do business with Guys Vac Shop again.

Brought in a thirty foot bean hose to be unblocked An young fellow said it was impossible to do and then tried to upsell me a new central vac for $1,200. Took the hose home and unblocked it myself. Just saying

I had no idea what type of vacuum I needed but the manager took the time to walk me through all the options. I found the perfect vacuum and I love it! Thanks for the great service!

Dropped off what I thought was a dead Dyson v6. Not only did they get it running they also completely overhauled it with a new battery and filters. Very affordable compared to buying new. Highly recommended!

Really best customer service I’ve had in a long time!! Bought a vacuum but didn’t like it once I used it at home a few times, it was exchanged no problem for a battery operated one & then when my battery didn’t keep the charge very well it was exchanged for a better one no problem again! Also was told if I had anything else they would be happy to deal with whatever it might be if needed! So different than most things you buy these days that are your problem once you leave the store!!So here it is a year or so later & they still give the best service around!! Had a problem with my vac head & went into the store, the person there fixed everything for me while I waited with a smile & no problem attitude! The best thing was no charge for the service! I recommend this vacuum company to anyone needing a vacuum cleaner or service on your old one! They make every customer feel special! Thank you so much!
