McCrea's Arnprior just finished installing a new HVAC system in my house a few weeks ago. Will came out to give me a quote and worked with me to figure everything out. He was great to work with; honest, friendly, punctual and knowledgeable. When a grant I qualified for imposed a last minute deadline and some extra requirements for the install Will was great and worked through it with me to help ensure I received the grant, working on his own evening to get the paperwork done. Additionally it is worth noting I had the exact same unit quoted by three different HVAC companies and McCrea's had the best price while offering the same qualifications required by Mistibushi for a certified install. Adam and his team showed up for the install, they were professional, clean, and communicated well during the 2.5 day installation required for this unit. We had serious heating problems and McCreas have fixed the problem exceptionally well. Service has been excellent and very timely. The installation of products has always been very professional with very pleasant service providers. Would highly recommend them.

Our air conditioner broke down on a Sunday and within 9 days we were able to get a quote for repair, a quote to replace and an installation of the new system. I am pleased with the level of skill and service the technicians provided when doing the regular maintenance service on our Air Conditioner. They even took pictures to show the condition of the heat ex-changer coils, secondary coil. A big thumbs up and kudos to Joel A (AC technician)!

My Hot Water Tank broke while I was away for a few days over Christmas - I talked to Trevor, the on call technician over the phone who helped me to troubleshoot the problem on the evening of December 27th (a holiday), then a second Trevor came to my home the next morning, diagnosed the problem, and helped me decide to replace the whole tank. Within an hour, two more McCreas employees were at my house with a new tank, replaced the old one and removed it from the basement. I was having a hot shower by 4:45pm on the 28th.The service was INCREDIBLE - fast, friendly & priced fairly. My husband, who would usually handle these sorts of issues, was away, and they all took the time to walk me step by step through the process and make sure I understood fully what was going on.Received a follow up call today to make sure everything was working well. Unparalleled customer service.Bonus points for all four men being super friendly to my dog!Highly recommend McCreas and if I could give more stars I would!
