Scammer. There is no software warranty. He refuse to fix my computer claiming it was a software failure, and he only fixes broken buttons etc. under his hardware warranty". Basically his fake warranty only covers broken buttons

Sold me a MacBook Pro with a broken speaker; an unofficial charger, which died on its own within months; and didn’t even bother to show up to their posted hours - when I showed up at 2pm, having travelled an hour just to get here, I was told that they weren’t there and that I should just wait a half hour outside for them.Awful, awful quality, in a sketchy neighborhood; with an owner who can’t even be arsed to show up on time. Avoid.

My Dell Inspiron laptop screen was starting to fail and these guys were able to swap in a new screen for around $250 while I waited. They also fixed the loose hinge on the screen which had always bothered me.These guys are technically knowledgeable, helpful and polite - an excellent customer service experience.
