Beautiful items, great service. Loved looking around lots of Xmas items.

My wife went to bring my disabled daughter in yesterday and was told rudely you can't bring strollers in here" and was not allowed in the store. She is 4 years old and too heavy to carry around just to browse at useless trinkets

My Granddaughter is 4yrs old, and lakeside decor told her and her mother to leave the store because my Granddaughter is in a wheel chair. I don't think they should remain in business. Thank-you.

Whenever I'm in town I make a point in stopping in lakeside décor. The items in the store are beautiful and well made. The staff are always kind and accommodating. The store is always so well stocked.

This lady goes out of her way to accommodate all people in her store so this is totally MISUNDERSTOOD I believe due to limited space at this time it was suggested to prevent damage to items in the store that this was why ! Anyone that deals in the past with this lady knows this is not the case Pure misunderstanding !

Love stopping in this store. Interesting well made products. The staff have ways been helpful. It is my second stop after the Urban Parisienne. Lotsa good stuff to buy mugs children toys Great Port Dover Souvenirs Very friendly. Fyi they have a puzzle exchange box in front of store 10/10

Very rude woman that runs the shop. She overcharged my purchased, I called to tell her and she basically belittled me because it was $5 instead of just trying to make it right and me happy. I said I wouldnt be down to Dover as in I live elsewhere and have no idea when I'd be back but just keep it til then. She was like if I give you an etransfer itll cost me $2.50. Blah with other excuses. Sometimes that's the cost of doing business to keep a customer happy. So she calls and leaves me a mssg that she's sending the money with a friend that works in the town I live. She is so petty. She actually gave change for $4.95 guess she doesn't get the tax part that actually makes $5.60. I dont care about the $ its the principal of how she treated me.I like how she said she wasnt rude. Then why did she first say its only $5 not like its $90. I said keep my name and # ill be down but not anytime soon and she keep going on and i said your making this into more than it is. Yes she called me back i didnt answer because i was out/busy. If she wasnt put out by me whyd i get 2 toonies and nickles and dimes. Petty. Whatever. Still was how she talked to me. Im easy to pls but not when someones rude. It was never about the $ we spent 300 at a different store and 70 at a restaurant so whats 5 bucks. It was her, i had a feeling she would give me all change. Lol
