They've had our personal taxes since March, Ive been calling to see if it's ready every couple weeks. It's now thr end of June...and I'm still getting same answer from them! Do not recommend using them, take your business elsewhere and save yourself the headache.3 months to do personal taxes, and I still don't know if they're done. Calling to find out again and try to get an answer out of them.

First time using Amanda’s services. Had booked an appointment to picknup tax return, only to be told Amanda was doubled booked could I come back later. I could not reschedule. Was then told to stop by at any time that was convenient and my return would be at the office waiting. Today I called to notify I would be by within the hour to pick up my tax return. Again, it was not ready. Had to wait for it to be printed off, as I was waiting for half an hour, I reviewed my expenditures that Amanda was to claim on my tax return only to discover she missed two very obvious tax deductible expenditures which amounted to $500 worth in the return.
