I had a great experience buying a used Jaguar from them. I worked the deal out at a distance and everyone I dealt with from the sales manager (Dave) to the sales person (Rob), to the people in the business office were friendly, helpful, and professional. I flew in to pick up the car, they had everything ready to go, and I was in and out of there in 45 minutes.

The service that my husband and I received from the Mercedes-Benz dealership of Buffalo is unmatched and 2nd to none!Our representative’s name is Charlie Montaperto, and Charlie has gone above and beyond for us; before, during and even after my husband and I purchased our new vehicle. We were debating between 2 comparable dealerships, but what officially tipped the scale towards Mercedes, was not just the car, but the amazing experience that Charlie and his team provided us! Charlie is always available when needed, responds quickly, and pays attention to what YOU want in a car instead of just selling you a car on the lot. He has a welcoming, honest and cheerful demeanor, and is very knowledgeable about the company’s products, which unfortunately, is not always the case at dealerships anymore. I would like to say that our interest in the beautiful GLC 300 was what brought us to look at Mercedes, but the service and relationship we built with Charlie closed the deal, and has made us lifetime customers of the Mercedes-Benz brand.Thank you Charlie, for all your great service, and we look forward to continue working with you in the future!

I leased a 2015 electric Smart. The sales experience was great, and besides the terrible constraint of it's short range (particularly in winter) the car is shockingly cool/fun. I really love it, and am disappointed the new one isn't following industry norm of increasing range on their EV's.I'm 70 miles away which is do-able on a warm day that doesn't require climate control. In 40 degree weather the car has about 40 miles of range.Apparently MB is abandoning the concierge service for these cars. Fortunately my sales guy is willing to go above and beyond, they provided a Smart loaner (gas powered) and he did one leg of the trip.The loaner and one leg make a huge difference, but feels like a lot of weight for the sales guy to carry.Moral of the story? Be very careful getting a short range Electric Vehicle.I do not plan to ever own a non-EV again. The experience is so so so much better than driving gasoline or diesel vehicles. But be cautious buying a car that has an annual service requirement, particularly if the dealer is more than 1/2 your battery range away. Waiting for service becomes not an option.

Not the greatest car buying experience. I had an appointment to view two cars and both were coated in ice. Should have been brought in, de-iced and cleaned up for my inspection. Expected more!

They are thieves without a gun they tried to charge me twice for the same part when I showed them the paperwork if they had repaired a month before they took the paperwork away from me and eliminated it on the computer. Also when I told them that the price was almost twice as much as Mercedes-Benz of Rochester I was rudely told then take your tire there
