Thank goodness for Barbie! <3She was in the middle of a task but stopped to help me.5+ other staff were standing with their backs to customers, chatting & laughing. Those staff need to be trained more!At least make eye contact w/ customers & say just a moment." Work is not supposed to be about socializing w/ coworkers. Do some work first!"

Purchased kid's meal with apple slices as takeout for dinner. We began eating (within half an hour of purchase) only to find white mold on the apple slices. We were already halfway through the apple slices. Absolutely disgusting. Poor food quality control.

Drive through not open 24 hours despite sign on back of building indicating such. Three cars went through like idiots because nothing indicated they were closed.

Ordered Sausage and Egg McMuffins and only got sausage on a bun.The printer didn’t work to confirm order number and coffee is weak, tasting like water.

None of the workers wear gloves - even when making the burgers. Makes me disgusted. Saw a worker wipe their hands on their shirt before touching pancakes for a customer with their bare hands.

Tables are unacceptably filthy. It looked like it hasn’t been sanitized or cleaned for a week. Garbages are full. Washroom was disgustingly dirty as well. Floors were sticky.

Waited at the drive through for over 10 minutes while the employees were busy laughing and talking loud enough for us to hear our food wasn’t coming any time soon. When we finally got our 2 burgers after all that time and opened the box there was just a stale fillet of fish with nothing else, no bun or cheese or sauce. I didn’t know whether to laugh or cry. You need better customer service. (Zero stars)
