One of my go to stores in west ed, I always find TOO much when I go here. Their sale section is always stocked full of qaulity items. Staff are always helpful and friendly too!

Meh. They have name brand clothing but do not accept any coupons or have sales. So pay high price. About $80.00 for a Champion hoodie, male teenager pants about $90.00 each. Staff are younger, generally appear to be High School or University students. Not crowded.

I believe his name was John, he was a younger guy probably early 20s if that, the best customer service I’ve ever received. I went to the change room with one jacket and he brought me 2 shirts, 2 jackets, and 5 pairs of pants that he thought I’d like and I loved it all. He brought a pair of pants I’d never reach for, I tried them on and LOVED them! He deserves a raise and this store was the best experience I had in the mall all day

My daughter lost her wallet and the staff there were so very very helpful in trying to find it for us. The manager even looked at the video surveillance. Although we never found it Im very thankful for the courtesy they demonstrated. A+ customer service...Dianne Sjodin

A nice store with a good selection. The staff are friendly and helpful but not persistent in trying to make you buy something which I find refreshing and will encourage me to stop in the store again.

Worst customer service of my life. Clearance item was marked down to $34 but was ringing up as $68 that is very false advertisement and for the cashier not to even know what she’s doing saying she can’t honour the final sale price is beyond ridiculous and I think she needs more training and experience with customer service.
