Princess Auto

If you've never been to princess auto you're in for a treat. Don't let the name fool you, they offer way more than just auto parts! Their staff is always friendly, always knowledgeable and they will do everything they can to make you happy. A little tip if you're buying something on sale. At checkout, just mention that you think it was recently on sale, could they give you the price? Generally they will, and it will save you a bunch.

Always friendly and helpful staff. I almost always find what I'm looking for. Prices are great. Most equipment is made in China but they vet the quality well.Return policy exceptional

There is much good to be found at princess auto. They have lots of products and staff is very friendly and helpful.Can be a bit difficult to navigate the aisles at times because it's very busy with high volume of shoppers but I highly reccomend this place.

Can't say enough about this store. The selection and pricing is superior to any other similar store. Staff are always ready and willing to help!!

Staff are always friendly.I love browsing around, there is so much at Princess Auto. I think that pretty much anything you need, even not automotive related, you can find here in some form or version.

If you're handy at all Princess Auto is your place for all the things. Get the basics at Kent or Canadian Tire. Get the finicky stuff here. The same as Harbour Freight in the US. Quality varies widely.

Went into this location last night to find something that my husband sent me on a mission to find him that was on sale . Arrived to the front doors being blocked with shopping carts and then walked around aimlessly to try and find what he was looking for going up and down every single aisle because their website doesn’t give a location in the store where to find a specific item. Could not find it . Multiple employees walked past me multiple times and could not even be bothered to ask us if we needed help . I felt like because I am a woman that the employees in the store just simply didn’t care . Continued to look and then eventually after 10 minutes or so in the store located an employee myself and asked for help . All the young kid said was over there on the other side of the store around aisle 28 or something like that. Where I grew up and worked in customer service you walk the customer to the location rather than just point . You acknowledge the customers if they are in your department or not and you acknowledge them promptly. You make them feel welcome in your store and bot to be made to feel like an outcast . The cashiers were too busy having a conversation amongst themselves that neither of the 3 of them could be bothered to call the next person in line waiting to pay. I had to speak up and ask who wanted to take my money . They weren’t even enthusiastic about the job or asking if we found everything . Unacceptable . Not sure if I will be returning because this was certainly not a great first experience . Remember first impressions matter . Your prices may be cheap but people can always shop someplace else

Things are organized by isles and labels. Staffers are helpful when you ask for specific items. Interesting to discover their game shelf!

The worse web site ever just keeps going back to the start. So I am not going to trek hours to find out something is not in stock.Back to Amazon I go
