A couple of months ago we visited Ethan Allen Thornhill location store to look for a new sofa for our condo. We did some research online and found a couple of options prior to our store visit. At the store we met Jessica Weitzenbaur the lead deisgner and she worked hard on helping us finalize our decision about the type of sofa, selection of the fabric type, color, etc... While there I also spotted an armless chair, which we decided to buy to compliment the new sofa. The chair was delivered last week and we are now waiting for our sofa. Jessica was amazing! She spent a long time with us, helping us make the decision on the sofa style. She was instrumental in helping to select the correct fabric and color. She also helped with selection of the fabric and color for the chair. Jessica is a very talented designer. She has a lot of experience, she is very patient and has a great personality. It was a pleasure to work with her on our little project. We highly recommend her!

Very happy with my EA furniture. The store is lovely and service was unbeatable, from the store, to my interior design consultant Jessica Weitzenbaur to the delivery team on the big day.

Zelda was great at suggesting a contemporary drapery for our family room/kitchen area that complements our existing furniture. She also recommended a wonderful accent chair. We have purchased other furniture and draperies in the past from EA and have always been very happy with the customer service and the look that was designed. We plan on purchasing some additional items in the near future to complete the look.

We cannot wait to use our beautiful furniture in our new home! Diana treated us well and provided excellent advice and service. The colours, quality and design of the pieces are all amazing. Thank you for making our dream home complete.

We have been extremely happy with the customer support and design services we received from Diana C. Diana was wonderful to work with. She helped us choose the right material for our couch and benches that not only met our requirements for a cat" friendly material but also looks great. She also made some great suggestions for furniture placement in our living room and for enhancing the lighting in our room. If you’re willing to get your furniture after 1 year then just order with them, they won’t tell you waiting that long when you ordered at the beginning, and every time you check with them always with excuses. God knows when will you getting the furniture you ordered? If they tell you wait for 5 months it means 10 months. No one expected the warehouse fire, but customers shouldn’t take responsibility for it, the store policy is being unreasonable. The price > service you get. It’s the worst shopping experience and the worst customer service ever. Don’t buy the protection plan totally waste your money. They raised prices twice this year, unbelievable. There are so many good furniture stores, just check it out!

Excellent service from Alice. From start to finish she was able to suggest designs, finishes, contrasting colour options and show what it would it would look like in a 3D image, which I thought was really cool.

We recently replaced our dining room set with a new one from Ethan Allen. Jessica was extremely helpful from choosing the set, to the financing program, keeping us updated on delivery status and checking in that we received everything! We highly recommend Ethan Allen - the experience was everything we hoped for.
