Anyone wanting to go camping, please do not go here. Worst service ever. Washrooms, charging ports and lights were not working. All trees were cut down, very little space to put tent. I am giving one star because cant do any lower than one.

Super friendly owners who helped with every question I had. Location is ideal as it's not too far out of Canmore. $32 a night, so perfect for a weekend away, and all sites have a campfire at no extra cost (wood bundle for $10).

Went with my family, we found that it was a small quaint site, nothing to write home about but the staff weee friendly and managed to help us with figuring out registration and bathrooms as well, only issue I’d like to see fixed is that instead of a key for the handicap bathroom that stays with the grounds person maybe just one of those number code punch pads, that would have saved I think a fair amount of stress, also be aware that it’s only electricity that is at your site you need to borrow hoses from the grounds or drive to the spigot to fill your tank. Other than that it’s a good stop by for a trip I found a little difficult to sleep due to just being close to the high way n hearing the intermittent traffic at night but I’m sure someone else might have an easier time as I am a light sleeper.

Arrived earlier today and self check-in was all very clear and easy to do. After an hour or so, we found that our electricity didn’t work. We we’re helped immediately by the owners in the most polite way. The campground itself is lovely. Nice setup with enough privacy. Clean washrooms and facilities to do the dishes or fill up the fresh water tank. Views all around are amazing + lots of stuff to do/eat out around.Yes, the campground is next to the highway but if you can’t stand a little background noise, you shouldn’t be camping.

I was very disappointed with the managers at this campground. They were very rude even though we kept to ourselves and were respectful to them. We could not even park our vehicle here even though there was lots of room to do so. I would not recommend this campground.

A campground if everything else is full. No privacy, little shade. Facilities seen better days. Would not recommend.

Campground itself is rather simple and small, but clean bathrooms and friendly people working there. Check in is possible via a little booth on the campground where you fill out a form and either put in the cash or your credit card info (including the CVV).The by far best part about this campsite is the proximity to Canmore, one of the most beautiful towns on Alberta.

We ended up finding this campground last minute as our reservation in Banff had gotten canceled. We were at a loss, but when we found this place, it was awesome! Everything is self serve. It was a really unique experience. To clarify, self-serve meaning you take a piece of paper, and you find an empty spot. You grab the number and write the name as well as how many nights and the cost in total. You place that on the spot then grab an envelope to write how many nights, what spot, what price, and your name. You can do by cash or card-would need to manually write the information. The place is right beside a McDonald's as well. It does have a shower and bathroom. You do have to purchase tokens at $3/piece that is for 5 minutes; it seemed closer to 10 which is a plus!
