Apathy throughout the entire organization.They don't care about us tenants one bit - and that shows in how they communicate, how they deal with problems, and how they maintain the property. Very sad state of affairs that I am assuming goes top down throughout the Stober Group.Bad vibes rolling downhill. Delapidation throughout.If you need something done properly, you're going to need to call a lawyer, or threaten to. They send a jack of all trades to fix nearly everything, which leads to lousy results.You are just a number to these people. The building manager often reminds me that I am paying undermarket rates because I have been here for a decade. This is not a good energy.Show some love. Anytime Mr Stober. I am ready for it.Also, this building would not pass a fire code inspection. None of the floors are properly marked.

Awful company. They hire incompetent staff and break the law. It is unsafe to live in any building managed by these scumlords.
