They delivered to 129 Albert St London ON and my address is 139 Albert St in Lucan ON. You wanted to charge me for changing address but I didn't put it in wrong. I got it rectified at Best Buy but someone got a free headset in London. Not the best experience for my first online order.

Excellent. Very good and kind attitude of the employees who were associated with the fedex shipping department inside Staples.I shipped my luggage to another city through Fedex ground service and was able to complete the paperwork without any difficulty, paid in cash.Highly recommended.

They took my package, no problem. Because it's in a Staples, the hours are excellent. Way more convenient than the actual FedEx building which is in an industrial area. I would use this location for dropoffs again.

This is a terrible company that makes it incredibly difficult to get a package that duty is required for. I will NEVER use FedEx again, nor will I order from businesses who use them to deliver. I'd I could give them 0 stars I would.
