I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by a young man named Idris, and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed with his level of customer service. Idris was knowledgeable and went above and beyond to answer all my questions about the dryer I was interested in purchasing. Hello, I honestly do not recommend Economax it comes as a lesson learnt with a horrible experience I had. I purchased a freezer I was so thrilled to receive it. When the delivery guys arrived at my home they refused to lift and bring my order into my home. In doing so , they rudely yelled at me. When I offered my suggestion to unravel the product a little so they do not struggle when bringing it inside I was told it would come with an extra HIGH cost. I thought that was crazy considering how many i just spent on a freezer. When refusing they rudely brought the freezer back to the shop without my consent. I was so disgusted of the experience I had I went to get my refund on my product the next day. Therefore, I am writing this review more as a warning to anyone who will read this! Take this advance after my experience your way better off shopping else where it will pay off in the long run.

order over 10.000$ of products for all my appartmentdid today my 9 delivery today first wrong fridge second time 3 and fourth times missing piaces of my table all my room set damaged again they don’t want do notting for the inconvenience they have cheap quality stuff and horrible delivery drivers dont go here and the manager steve very rude person and never there to help you !!! please don’t buy here this place is a joke they just want money!!!

The service staff is okay, what I don't like about this store is that they have the same exact prices than any other appliances stores such as the brick and leons and Brault martineau etc. Not much an ''Econo-Max'' store. I guess its just another appliance store same as the other ones. No additional rebates or promos unless its a discontinued product.

Bought a sectional, they pushed back my delivery date 4 times as the representative told me that they oversell the merchandise they don't have yet and fill the orders in order of priority... I finally changed to a different colour they had in stock. They gave me a delivery date, I let them know that after that date my street was scheduled to be closed and would require a faster one, they said it was gonna be fine, I told them that in that case they could use an alleyway that connect to my street, back the truck down the top street which isn't closed or walk 200 meters by parking the bottom street, he told me he would leave a note for the delivery people. Come today, the delivery people call me 45 minutes late from their 4 hours delivery window to inform me my street is closed.. I repeat what I told the person who took my appointment, I receive another call 10 minutes later informing me that the delivery people could not get to my place and will leave my name at the office to reschedule an appointment, I explained that my street is closed until November and that I already waited nearly 3 months for the delivery and that they could still back the truck from the top street or walk 200 meters from the street, he told me they couldn't possibly do that he then said well, the office people will contact you for a refund. Please avoid these incompetents people at all cost.

I purchased a washer from EconoMax towards the end of June and was told that I would receive the appliance around July 16th since everything was backed up because of Covid19. After that date, I started to called them to know when they would deliver the washer since no one called me to let me know what was going on. I had to call them everyday and no one could give me a specific date of delivery. I was the one calling them everyday and never received such poor customer service in my life! They are blaming their bad services on Covid19. I finally received it, at the end of August, yes! 2 months after. I would not recommend them ever! Never in my life did I receive such mediocre service! Never again will they receive a penny from me! If I could give them zero star I would!

Interesting selection of products. But customer service!? I would put minus 1. We had a problem with a fridge we bought brand new. It took 1 month to have the problem sorted out. We ended up asking for a refund and bought elsewhere. It's sad because they have good prices. I guess you get what you pay for.

Fast service, polite. If you buy their appliance installation service you must know you have to uninstall them yourself first, as they won't tell you it's not included. It's written in the invoice after you pay for it...

Bought a new couch (not a floor model) , on arrival the couch had GREASE stains and some imperfections on it (very visible.. not trying to find problems but when they jump in your face it's very annoying) I called to complain, the offered me a 80$ compensation for it. Kept dodging question and I had to bring up making someone come in because agent never brought it up. I almost felt laughed at. Veryyyy disappointed. So unprofessional. Now I look like I have a pre owned couch for the price of a new one and it's been 24h that I have it.
