“TESLA”Well I drive a Mercedes Benz and have been to so many car showrooms for Test-Drives and buying cars but the experience I had at Tesla dealership is exceptional. It was such a hassle free experience and had a wonderful experience with the test drive.I would like to specially thank Brendan for this experience he is a wonderful person and really helped us with our 1st Tesla experience.

When to Tesla Sherway garden waiting for 25 m, some one to pay attention, I on market to buy new car budget 100k in cash , ask nice fellow to help he say , I am not the person to talk , he say no one is available I did insist, don’t have lot of time need help I need new car and like to trade my old BMW X5 , particularly I bring my driver license and V number. Shows lady and ask me all questions no relation with what I need to know about the Tesla product , after I just exploded I truly did not see any professional in question I am there to get answers no to questionary , she ask me to live and treated me she is going to call the security…. Please you don’t need any one in your store … I am buying BMW electric, keep this b…. To destroying Tesla image .

I recently booked a Tesla and I am excited to experience my first electric vehicle. While I am impressed with the car itself, I found the customer service to be lacking. There is no customer service number to call, and I have to communicate with my representative, Brendon, through email and wait for a response. This is frustrating, and I hope Tesla can improve their communication methods in the future. It has been two days and I have not received a call yet.
