They do not provide information that the medium range $13.99 car wash is touchless. Car is dirty as it went in. Ripped off. Also the machine does not provide receipt and says you have to go into the service centre to get one!

Do not get the middle tier luxury wash" here! It does not clean your car! Unfortunately this particular tier of wash for 12.99 does not use the soft touch brushes but uses the no touch technology which I know does not work. Unfortunately this is not made clear when picking which wash you want and since I had seen the spinning soft brush operating I figured this was not a no touch car wash. My car came out pretty much as dirty as when we entered other than the hood and roof being clean. Very disappointed in the job for the price I paid
