Monaco’s Dundas location first of all is beautiful inside but I’m not surprised as I have also been to the Ancaster and Burlington location and all are beautiful! All my skincare magic happens at Monaco Dundas and I get the pleasure of having the most amazing skincare specialist; Shayla! Shayla is professional, knowledgeable and she is very personable. Shayla always explains the treatment before she starts and also explains what’s she doing during the treatment. At this point when I go in for services I also feel like I’m going visit my friend because Shayla is such a beautiful with a positive vibe; she makes you feel comfortable and relaxed! The services I have received are dermaplaning, chemical peels, laser and most recently Morpheus 8! I also use skinCeuticals which is an amazing skincare line; thank you Monaco for offering your clients only the best!!

I have been visiting Shayla at Monaco since early 2022 for all my skincare needs! She ensured I had beautiful glowing skin for my wedding in September. She always explains the treatments in detail, is available for follow up if you have any questions or concerns. Her treatment room is always very cozy with great music playing and a nice candle lit. Jenny did my fillers and she was very knowledgeable. She would let me know if something I wanted would be a bit too much. She is a very honest injector. She made sure my pain was manageable if any. She was very professional and courteous. She went through all the adverse effects and also made sure all my questions were answered. I’ve had fillers done before and I can say Jenny was very thorough. Amazing facility with great injectors. I would recommend a Monaco to everyone I know.

Judice is super fast with the laser and so good at making me feel relaxed & comfortable. She explains everything in an easy to understand manner and she treats her clients like gold. I am so excited and happy to have this service. It was the fastest ever and a billion times better than waxing or sugaring. Thank you Judice for taking such good care of me!
