Uptown Smoke

Uptown smoke is my favorite small business in the city. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. When walking into this shop you are always greeted by the most lovely smells and a smile. I never know what kind of flower I want because they have such a variety but even when I tell them to surprise me, I get exactly what I was looking for. I have yet to walk in and not recieve great service. Even on their busiest days, these guys and girls raise the bar for speed and customer service. The staff are amazing and the owner cares about their customers. It shows in the wide variety of products, their free delivery service and the attitudes and training of the staff.. I would give this place more stars if 5 wasn't the limit. I 100% recommend uptown smoke to anyone looking for any cannabis related products. You will not be disappointed.

Customer service was exceptional - Always have a fun interaction when I go in, and learn something new almost everytime. Never been disappointed with there products, always a happy camper when I go here.

I have been shopping at Uptown Smoke now for a some time now. As soon as I walk in I see a crisp clean welcoming inviroment. Most times I'm greeted by the lovely Shera who is always smiling and usually knows what I want. I recommend Uptown smoke to my little circle of friends. And PS- they have a great rewards program.

Uptown smoke has been my go to shop for as long as they have been open. I live past Hampton and I’m always happy to make the trip to the city to see chris and all of the staff. Everyone is super friendly and they know their products. Products are changing all the time and they keep up with the demand. No other store has that large of a selection of edibles and can you say that any other dispensary has around 20 strains on any given day? All imported h a s h to choose from? These guys aren’t doing it right!

I like there product. Probably the best bouquets in the city in my opinion just wish they were cheaper and still in their old location uptown but they do deliver for free so you cant really complain.

Openly sell pine resin and other fake products to customers . Owner was called out on pushing fake products and offered to swap the product for a different brand because he knew he was caught .Pushing products that are not meant for human consumption is dangerous and incredibly irresponsible as a business.Spoke to the owner on the phone afterwards and was told to go to cannabis NB if I wanted real shatter . Disgraceful to the craft of cannabis

Best selection in the city little pricey for bud but the prices are great for concentrates

The staff is always so lovely, helpful and kind. Extremely knowledgeable! Great product and they will always do everything to give you they best experience and are always working to bring the best product available at great prices ❤️

Their hours stayed open until 10pm, and I arrived at 9:25 only to find whoever owns it decided to close up for the day. If you’re going to run a businesses then have accurate hours.
