Amazing experience with Trayelle Hair!!!! My first time having extensions and she walked me through the whole thing, explained all the do's and don'ts of the care (I'm quite inept with self care things). I have had zero issues with these amazing extensions and I'm in love. She also takes the time to fix my OG hair that I've had problems with going on two years now. And on top of all that she's absolutely fantastic to hang out with for the long appointments. If I could give more than five stars I would.

Tracey is the hair extension God! I don’t know what I would do without her! Every six weeks I go to her and get my extensions done. It gives me so much confidence. And she’s always a blast.

Tracey did a consultation with me and was able to perfectly match my hair colour. (I have several shades in my hair) when the hair came in and was ready for install it matched absolutely perfect!!! She did an amazing job putting them in, trimmed my hair and curled it. You can’t tell at all it’s not my real hair! I’m absolutely in love with it!

Trayelle is like no other! This girl slays the hair game in Windsor. I’m one to always shop around until I find the best and Tray is just that THE BEST! I have never been disappointed. I met her at Dry Parlour back in the day and have followed her every here she has gone. I have never had extensions look so real and her dry styles are everything! I worked with Tracey of TRAY'ELLE initially for the purchase of clip-in hair extensions, which ultimately tied into her looking after my bridal hairstyle for my wedding on October 8, 2022.Our initial meeting was for my hair extension consultation, and right away Tracey had a great energy, friendly demeanor and had extensive knowledge about her hair extensions. She was able to help me find a colour match quickly and when discussing my overall goals for their use (i.e. as a braided bridal hairstyle) she offered awesome advice as to the length and volume that would be ideal. Purchase experience was smooth and easy!At my bridal trial appointment Tracey was a wonderful facilitator in bringing my vision to life! Again, her energy was so positive and contagious, she really put me at ease and made the appointment a fun journey together.Fast forward to the morning of my wedding, and I was over the moon thrilled with the style Tracey did for me! In addition to her beautiful work, she had such a great way of keeping my anxiety at bay (which was definitely at an all time high that morning). It was like I carried it with me all day. She also did some amazing work with my bridesmaids and mother (one low braided bun and two curled, flowing looks) and all styles stayed in place for the duration of the day through windy conditions and hours of dancing!I would also like to send a shoutout to the team I was dealing with at TRAY'ELLE over the last almost 1.5 years since first booking! Communication was quick and open and I always felt listened to, taken care of and valued!Highly recommend!

Tray is the queen of blowouts. Always leave feeling great, and she is just the best.Tray has done my extensions for 6 months and I love her work. Super thorough, no problems and she times the lifts perfectly.

Any questions or concerns I had, she listened and was able to address them accordingly. Tracey was able to match my natural hair colour to a set of extensions perfectly. Coincidentally, she had exactly what I needed in stock and was graciously willing to install them that exact same day! From the moment I stepped into the salon, I felt very welcomed and pampered; I enjoyed the entire process! Tracey is attentive to details, professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable with regards to sharing tips on extension maintenance/appropriate after-care, products to use, and styling advice. I booked 2 appointments with Trayelle on Feb 10th and got an email today, April 12th, that my appointments were cancelled because she was double booked. The wedding is June 10th, leaving me with next to no time to book another hairdresser. I am so disappointed. How does it take 2 months to realize you’re double booked?In the cancellation email her assistant wrote, “ Regretfully I have to inform you that we have a booking conflict on June 10th as Tracey was unaware of a wedding party in the works of being booked.” In the works of being booked when I had already booked?So unreliable and she’s left us (the mother and sister of the groom) in a horrible position.
