Went in to look at vegan jackets. Really liked the products and was seriously contemplating buying something, but sales staff literally wouldn’t leave our side since the second we walked in. Wasn’t really given the chance to look around for ourselves, and we found it a little annoying.Our sales associate was really nice, I just don’t think they recognized that we wanted some space to browse.Also they didn’t have the product we had previously found on the website which was disappointing, but will purchase online now that we know our size.

The reason for reviewing 1 star is because the manager there is a rude person and has next to nothing of knowledge about customer service she is an arrogant old lady who feels she owns the store, other than her being the only thing ruining that store. the jackets are great so i do recommend buying online but not at this store Al thought the other associates are nice too bad they have such a grinch of a manager.

I've never been so quick to leave a review but had to as soon as I got home because Karen at the Burlington location was so amazing! So incredibly helpful and knowledgable about the brand and quality of the coats. I ended up leaving with two! Highly highly recommend. The product itself is also very well priced for its quality.

Love this location. The staff are awesome so helpful and honest. I felt I could ask for time and space if I needed it and also could ask for an honest opinion. The clothing is so comfy I went back a few more times during the boxing sale as I couldn’t get enough!

Environmentally conscious and cruelty-free clothing that is very much functional, well design and well made. Attention to detail like lined pockets to keep hands extra warm are the reason I keep coming back to buy their clothing. Have been lucky to find great sales and the salespeople are always very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend the company and this location.

Service is very welcoming and friendly. We tried over 20 jackets and some of them we tried on few times before we found the right one. Staff went few times to the back to check if they jacket in size that we need. Due to amazing service we left store with new jacket and completely satisfied. If you leave in Ontario never go to Mississauga location, go to Burlington. Huge difference in service.

My mother and I had a great experience with Karin earlier today while shopping and exchanging coats! Very helpful and patient with us as we went back and forth, it really felt like we had her full attention.The coats are also great! Very trendy and warm. Noize was recommended to me by a friend who has had her coat for 3+ years now!

My friend and I discovered this store while browsing the mall. We took a look around and the sales associate approached us and offered to help us find what we were looking for. He was very friendly and really knew the product. He worked with us on pricing and gave us great discounts. The products feel like good quality and I think the family members I bought them for will really love them. I love that they’re cruelty free and in some cases, even made from recycled materials. I would recommend this store.If the owner reads this, I’d definitely recommend giving the employee who was working the afternoon of November 29th a raise. He’s phenomenal.

Karin is absolutely amazing! Came in with my mother looking for a coat for each of us. Tried on one that was ok, Karin suggested we try these other ones on and OMG they are amazing and we saved so much on them! She is pure gold and I hope you treat her and pay her appropriately!

Bought a winter jacket and after the second use the zipper broke (it was defective)took it back to the store so they said it was a final sale and that my size is not available anymore and they asked me to look for something else or take a different color, I looked around and didn't find what I want so I asked for a store credit that I can use when they have my size available, they said they don't offer a store credit.I told them can you fix it, they said no.Now I am stuck with a defective jacketStay away and don't buy final sales as this is how they get you !Will never recommend to anybody especially you would think that they would honor their expensive products.
