Buyer beware. Bought this truck on the 23rd of august, saftied. They had the truck for 5 days. When l picked it up the hood supports had not been put on, there was quite a bit of play in the steering, it needed a steering shaft, like how do you miss that after a week at the so called mechanics.I looked under the to see some of the work that was done, only to find the oil pan had been painted with undercoating, and it felt soft in a couple of spots. They were deliberatly trying to hide the fact that the oil pan was nearly rotted out.Also the brakes felt spongy.Well they took it back to the shop, and repaired the steering shaft, and replaced the oil pan. They kept telling me the brakes were fine. After all they said they replaced the rears. And it looked as if they did, but like the deception of the oil pan, the rear brakes were not replaced, only the brake drums, nice job of hiding whats under the brake drums.Well they had my truck another couple of days to do those repairs.So just before l went up north l complained to Hazem about the brakes again. When l pushed the brake pedal down, it felt like it was fading down to the floor. They took the truck again for a couple hours, then told me the brakes were fine.Well l took a trip to Parry Sound, luckily we made it there and back, the front calipers were seizing up. You could not touch the front rims, and you could smell the brakes. I had to change the front rotors, pads and calipers, that was around the 30th of September.I was very angry, but l didnt want to bother with these guys anymore, l figured oh well and just bit the bullet and paid for and did the brakes myself.Well, yesterday l started hearing a funny sound like something rubbing on the driver side rear brakes. The same brakes that were supposed to have been replaced. This morning l took the back driver side drum off, and guess what..the brakes were not replaced, only the drums.Heres what l found, the front shoe was not even sitting on the wheel cylinder, it was off to the side and has worn a hole through the rubber dust sheild on the wheel cylinder. The self adjuster, seized solid, these guys are a real piece of work. If the brakes had failed on the highway it could have been a catastrophy. These guys care little to nothing about anyones safety.I called and talked to someone today, l took pictures and sent them to his cell, it was not Hazeem, and he did not seem too interested in helping me out.Well now l no why my brakes felt spongy.Anyway l would be very, very, very, wary of these guys. They deliberatly try to hide things.Well lm going to do my best to expose them and their so called mechanic, for what they are, scammers. Yea, when they get your cash, your on your own.I did call the Ministry of Transportation today, so there is going to be an officer comming out to see me next week and to look at the brakes.I like my truck, l just dont like it when people are so dishonest. I can just imagine if some young person that is not too mechanically inclined had bought this truck, they would not have had a very good experience, like me.So please, again beware.Contrary to the statement made by the Breeze Motors rep, they did not offer me repair work at a discounted price. They only told me l should bring the truck to their mechanic. I did refuse that. I already had bought the parts needed to fix the rear brakes.Just a warning to potential buyers: if you feel your vehicle is not safetied properly, call the MTO. Especially if you feel your getting a run around. I wish l had known sooner.

When you go to breeze motor’s Garage, you can never stop going back there. I first visited for an oil change which was not even done properly by them. I had to go to another guy.They will fix your problem and it will come back again and then they will find and fix another problem. The issues they fix will never end, I don’t know how they do that.If you want to keep visiting a garage but never get your issue fixed this is the best location.Compared the prices of their job with others and found others are cheaper and provide better service.Despite all this I visited them to buy a car but I guess most of the cars they have were involved in big accidents and then rebuilt.Trust me don’t waste money and time here.

They are great people with reasonable prices. I love their service as they are flexible and very respectful. Most importantly, they are honest with their prices, services, and communication. I’ll definitely go to them whenever I need honest help with my car.

I bought a couple of cars for my kids, wife and for myself and i have to tell you guys the service i got from the owners was amazing. It was very fast for me to pick the cars since they have a wide variety of cars. If i ever have a problem with my car i would go to them and they would help me out with what ever i needed help for example i needed to change the oil one day and i went to Breeze Motors and they changed the oil for me and they did it fast

Bought a car from them with 10 grand cash. What makes me angry and disappointed by these people is that they aren't honest. They had the engine light erased and it came on a week later. One of the Rims had a leak in it and was badly damaged, which then had to be replaced.On top of that, don't buy their warranty. It's fraud and another way for them to rip you off. The warranty was for the engine and the transmission, when I contacted their warranty partner they told me they would only cover the parts in the engine that are lubricated not the entire engine (which makes no sense to me). In my case they won't cover engine the Cam Shaft Position Sensor.I was buying a used car so I knew what to expect, but l wasn't expecting this level of dishonesty.In conclusion, add another few grand to the cost when buying from these people

My daughters and I needed a new car after someone ran a red light & totalled our vehicle. We were overwhelmed after the accident but Hazem and his staff at Breeze motors went out of their way to find us the exact minivan we wanted. They were so honest, friendly and helpful and made the whole process so easy for us. We are so happy with our new minivan and the wonderful service we received at Breeze motors. I'd recommend Breeze motors to all my friends and family and will definitely be buying my next vehicle from them as well.

They are scammers.. they sell faulty car.. they asks for cash money.. once they get the money out of u then they do nothing with the faulty car.. they will send u here n there.. wont receive ur phone.. they will not do anything with ur car.. all they want is to grab ur money.. i have already complained against them to the authority.. not recommend them at all.. they are thieves.. just thieves.. i have every proof.. now they will not find any record of I bought a car from them.. do not go there at all..

What a wonderful staff.. they are honest and not greedy as so many other dealrships . I bought Cruze 16 last year and honestly( mashallah) the car is just like new . I will come back soon to buy a new car. Cheers
