Inferior customer service!Adrian cuts hair very well but needs major training on customer service and people skills! A couple months ago I was on time for my appointment and was told to come back in 20 minutes because he had just started cutting another client’s hair. When I returned about 25 minutes later, he seemed surprised that I was “late”, when in fact, I wasn't!After arriving late for an appointment today (even though I called the reception to inform that I was going to be about 10 minutes behind schedule), Adrian gave me a hostile greeting along with a “you’re very late” lecture, and then told I needed to reschedule my appointment for later in the day. Although I 100% agree that I needed to wait for a later time, I neither needed to be reprimanded for being late nor reminded that I had potentially messed up another client’s appointment; this behaviour is unprofessional and uncalled for. Right there and then, I decided to take my business elsewhere!

Great vibe, the barber I had was Adrian and he was welcoming and great at small talk, I felt comfortable and the end result was exactly what I wanted. Quick and efficient. Highly recommend this place and Adrian.

2 years ago I decided Adrian is the only Barber I’ll trust with my hair and never looked back on it! Great spot in the mall and amazing reception staff. They rolled out a new online reservation system back in January and it’s made booking super easy (especially with Covid and the never ending screening process). The new system also sends you a notification or a text message days in advance so you can plan in advance without forgetting.

If you decide to go to Barber’s Lounge, I highly recommend seeing Matt. This guy is the best barber I’ve ever had, not only is he amazing at his craft but also a great conversationalist making the customer feel welcomed. Plus his tattoos are pretty cool too, so thats a plus.

I recently purchased an order off this website for a certain beard oil I was looking for that was out of stock elsewhere. Finally received my order on Friday, May 19. I opened one of the bottles to use this past Saturday, I noticed the expiry date on the bottle to be 03/2023. I opened the second box and it had the same expiry date.I sent an email on their website on Saturday and gave them the benefit of the doubt to send a response by today (Tuesday, May 23) since Monday, May 22 was a holiday. I still haven’t received any kind of courtesy response.If you’re thinking of purchasing any products from here, I would recommended not too as they may send you expired products like they did to me. My order total was around $134, pretty much wasted.

Love this place for my cuts. Ali is a talented Barber and his attention to detail is unmatched. The staff is friendly and pricing is more then fair for the service you get. Highly recommended.

Matt was so awesome. Just super chill, friendly, and kind. I've never been too eager for conversation in a barber's chair, but he was so enjoyable to chat with. Made it such a comfortable experience - one that I'd totally recommend. Thanks
